I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect — close to shops and restaurants, but still very quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive to any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made the place feel like home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, perfect

The apartment is well located and secure. The neighborhood is quiet. Many restaurants nearby and beauty salon and 3 min from Place Carré Eden de Guéliz. The interior of the apartment is sumptuous, well decorated and the bedding super comfortable Amine was an amazing host, kind, flexible, helpful, attentive and made us feel comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to give tips about the city. The location was perfect—close to the Medina but still peaceful at night. For those like me who like to be close to the most beautiful avenue, the best restaurants and places in Marrakech this is the perfect apartment. All within walking distance. For those looking for calm but the street is lively in the evening you can hear traffic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, mentioning + for the hot tub to relax.

Beautiful apartment with quality materials. The decoration is done with great taste and very classy. The pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop is really a plus and our 2-year-old daughter had a blast. Small shopping center nearby and good restaurants. The accommodation is 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech by car. You can rent this accommodation with your eyes closed, it is beautiful and impeccable. Great stay and host available and responsive.

Honestly this place is a gem. Fantastic clean and tidy place with amazing decor. Place was well furnished and the photos don’t do it justice. This is one of the places where it actually looks better than the photos, Anissa was such a lovely host always well communicated and was flexible with our needs, for example we had a late check in. The location was amazing, it’s an area where it’s close to the centres and has its quiet perks, but the choices for food in all just a walking distance you won’t be board, if I come back to Marrakesh I’ll be booking this place again. The hot tub was great as well. I’m gonna miss this place. I came 8 years ago and marrakech has changed so much. Thanks again Anissa , our stay was amazing

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!
