My husband and I instantly felt right at home in this beautiful villa with our 3 children aged 13, 10 and 5. We were greeted by our gracious superhost Hind and her daughter on our arrival and welcomed in to the villa. They gave us a guided tour ensuring we knew everything about the property to make our stay comfortable. Hind went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. She prepared a delicious meal for us as we arrived late in the evening. She arranged a cook to prepare lunch at a very reasonable cost and thoughtfully suggested meals she thought we would enjoy. The breakfast prepared by the onsite governess was delicious and the daily laundry service was an added bonus. The villa itself is homely yet has a beautiful and stylish aesthetic feel. The garden and pool area is beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We were more then happy to spend our entire day at the villa and were sad to leave. Our first Air BnB experience surpassed expectations thanks to Hind!

Gareth's Riad is simply sublime and very well located next to the Royal Palace and the Sidi Mimoun gate. Almost all of Marrakech is within walking distance, 10 to 25 minutes' walk. Frankly, a great location and perfect cleanliness. We must also congratulate Saïda and Abdou for their kindness and dedication on a daily basis, which makes the stay even better. The pool and terrace is a big plus for staying in Marrakech. My family and I had a perfect stay. We recommend the Riad de Gareth without hesitation. Roye Family

Great stay spent at Julie's Villa. The place is really very beautiful. The garden, the pool, the spacious rooms tastefully decorated. Abdel who welcomed us was very considerate and pleasant. Hayet the housekeeper was always smiling and in a good mood, providing us with a perfect service. It was an enchanted Marrakchi parenthesis. Thank you!

A spectacular house and garden with private pool where we spent most of our time relaxing. So many seating, eating and sun bed areas to choose from. We also made good use of the pétanque court. It was 20 minute drive to the medina and 10 mins to the supermarket so close enough to be practical and far enough to be peaceful. The gardener and housekeeper were discreet and helpful and Amine was a great host. Super friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful Riad! We had the best time and we were so looked after by Ismael and Aziz - it was all way beyond our expectations. From the wonderful breakfasts prepped every morning by Ismael on the roof terrace to sorting out transfers from the airport - nothing was too much trouble. Riad Limonata is such a stunning place with so much peace and tranquility in contrast to the amazing but crazy alleys of the Medina just a 5 minute walk away - the location was also perfect too. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed - Thank you Riad Limonata team 🙌🏻

Very nice little Ryad, ideally located in the medina, quiet. Excellent bedding and cool room, perfect air conditioning. Nice terrace. Fatima is always responsive and available. Airport-Ryad transfer with exemplary punctuality. Overall excellent value for money in a typical and lively neighborhood, ideal starting point to discover different sectors of Marrakech.

The beautiful house was an oasis of peace within a half hour drive from the center of Marrakech. After a day in Marrakech or an activity in the area, it felt like coming home to the stylish villa. We stayed there for a week to all the satisfaction of our 3 sons and would have liked to add a week!

Well done, the house looks exactly like the photos! The padel and soccer field is amazing for doing a little sport while having fun! I would recommend it 100%

What an amazing house! We spent a week there with our parents and children, and our biggest frustration was not staying there longer! Total disconnection, barely wanting to go out because we felt so good. Very spacious and well-equipped house, nicely decorated. And our real happiness was to benefit from the services of a home cook, whose cooking was excellent. Thank you to Christophe for his availability and responsiveness, and thank you to Widad and Badira for contributing to our well-being during this week.

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with the volleyball court, pool, and outdoor area are amazing assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

A huge thank you for an exceptional stay! My husband had the chance to celebrate his birthday in this magnificent place, accompanied by his friend, and everything was absolutely perfect. The attention paid to his birthday touched us deeply: a meal specially prepared for him, extra cakes. What generosity! The lady who takes care of the kitchen is a real treasure: her dishes are delicious. Communication with the host Syrine is fluid, warm and caring. This accommodation exceeds all our expectations, and yet we have made several — it is simply the best. Even though I wasn't there this time, I say it again with conviction: it's a place that creates something truly unique. Thank you for this welcome 🙌

A great experience We stayed at Villa Tokyo with the family for a week-long stay and our stay was perfect. The villa is beautiful and very large each bedroom has its own bathroom with a large exterior, large swimming pool. The villa is a little far from the center but by car we were able to get around without a problem Thanks to Badr the caretaker of the house who was always available. Amine did everything she could to make our stay go smoothly from start to finish with special intentions again thank you to her for introducing us to the Tanjia, a traditional dish of Marrakech and private transport to the airport . One thing is for sure I will come back and recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yahya's place! The villa is so spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The beds are really comfy and the villa feels really safe. Yahya was always on hand to answer questions and help with anything. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect and meant our two children spent many happy hours in it! We also chose to have 3 dinners made at the villa by two ladies who cooked delicious food - would really recommend this service. The location is remote, but it is not far from the main road and then it is an easy drive to the supermarket (Carrefour is 15 mins drive) and then 10 minutes further to the centre of Marrakech. We hired a car at the airport. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

We had a great time with the family. The villa is very clean and the residence is peaceful. The heated pool is a real plus. There are a few games available for the kids. The Soumaya stove is excellent and very caring. I would recommend this villa and would definitely go back.

We had an incredible stay! We were greeted by the hosts and they were extremely friendly and very attentive. The villa was amazing; it was far enough away from the centre of Marrakech to have a peaceful relaxing break! Another big plus is the taxi driver; Youssef. He was extremely helpful in showing us around and really welcoming to his country. Definitely recommend staying here!

Ann's Riad is just perfect. First the location, ideal in the medina close to everything, but paradoxically so quiet. On the roof top, absolute tranquility. Ann was responsive throughout our stay, as well as Fatima and Aziza. The organized excursions were perfect, we didn't have to worry about anything, everything was managed. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at peggys place in Marrakech for a few days. We loved her place, it was clean, beautifuy decorated and close enough to the main medina. You can tell that she put a lot of work and detail into her home. Although we booked our tours through a company, peggy our host went out of her way to give us advice and give her recommendations The riad is about a 4 min walk from a square. It was easy enough during the day to get a potter to help carry the luggage to the riad for 50 to 100 dirhams..Or im sure peggy can help arrange someone to help. There are ladies that help make the breakfast. I would advise to just have them make the traditional morrocan brkfast w freshly squeezed orange juice. Fully stocked fridge w water and wine at a price, they can even do your laundry if need be for a affordable price. Coffee and tea are included. The best part of the riad is the lovely rooftop.Highly recommend peggys beautiful riad

Beautiful house in quiet, accessible location. Really accommodating with flexible times for check in and responsive to messages. Lovely outdoor terrace and the bathrooms nicely decorated. Khadija was incredible she looked after us throughout our stay, made us delicious Moroccan breakfast and kept the place clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Morocco.
