Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Oued Tensift

We spent 4 days in the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef welcomed us very well. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruits, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We will be back. 😊

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

I recommend it! Great welcome Mary and Frank take the time to make sure everything goes well and give us advice. Very clean accommodation and although there is no air conditioning the accommodation remains rather cool (you have a fan available if ever). The riad staff are all very kind and contribute to the quality of the place. Finally, the neighborhood is a little poor but is not so badly located and you do not have to fear insecurity.

A wonderful welcome was given to us by Ali at the riad. We chose the option of airport transportation which makes check-in much smoother. The riad was very quiet and at a good distance from all activities. The breakfast offered is delicious and hearty. Sparkling clean 👌

An incredibly beautiful riad with great location! The service was wonderful and the space spotless. We got a different room than booked, but this totally exceeded our expectations. We were positively surprised and very enthusiastic. The room was huge and luxurious. Everything was clean and welcoming. We were immediately able to feel at home. There are great restaurants nearby that always had a place for us (even without reservations). I would recommend this riad without hesitation to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech. For us, it was the best decision and the perfect choice!

We stayed for 2 nights:) Jamil took great care of us and even picked us up from the taxi meeting point! The breakfast was very delicious. The surrounding area offers great restaurants and all sightseeing/markets are within easy walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

This Riyadh is really impressive!! It was truly a luxury to have stayed here. The employees are very friendly, helpful and willing to help us with everything. We were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stayed 1 night here before we headed home & it was ideal for a short stay. Check in was a little long winded as you have to write down passport numbers names & addresses of everyone in the party whilst drinking tea on the terrace. (we were arriving earlier than check in time & had asked to drop our bags but our rooms were ready early which was an unexpected surprise, but Bouchra talking on the phone about past guests did delay our trip to jardin marjorelle) Breakfast was lovely! original decor was nice but finishing touches could be improved ie we didn't like the polyester blanket on the bed -not very breathable for sleep so just slept with a sheet it was better to be a little cold than sweaty. our airport transfer was organised by Bouchra which was very handy! overall a good place to stay for the price

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

Alyson's place was everything we could have hoped for during our time in Marrakesh! Despite being right in the middle of the medina, it was very quiet and felt like an oasis from everything happening outside. Everyone who worked there was lovely and made us feel so welcome to be there. We especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and the breakfast every morning. Of note, the ground floor room does not have much of a sound barrier from the courtyard, but for what we wanted out of our stay that wasn't too much of an issue. Overall, a great experience!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is great just 15 minutes from Ourika Valley making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The calm atmosphere and the sound of birds in the morning were my favorite parts. It’s truly an amazing place for relaxation.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. (Super walkable, too :) ) THANK YOU, FATIMA AND MAMA ♥️ We love you both.

It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the rooftop and the cozy riad. We really loved that they haf included breakfast but obly missed some eggs. Besides this, it was very perfect and the guy at the reception was very helpful and kind!

My stay with Yassine was great. I stayed in expensive Riads before but now I wonder why. This stay was excellent and Yassine was very kind and helpful. A big 10!

A real haven of peace just minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the square and souk. A traditional Riad, quiet, simple to access and very clean. A big plus for the nice, helpful and flexible staff. Breakfast was delicious. We're already looking forward to returning. Thank you so much

Traditional Riad in the well-equipped medina with 4 comfortable bedrooms We were 4 couples of friends for this trip We were received by Jan and El Houssain in a friendly but very professional way, the hosts are charming and considerate, very discreet but responsive We asked for specific visits to El Houssain, he took care of everything in a very organized way and everything was perfect, both in terms of transport, visits to the Atlas to the waterfalls in the Ourika valley and an outing in the Agafay desert The roof top is very nice and we eat on the upper terrace excellent dishes prepared by Alima We had a great stay in Marrakech and were able to visit very beautiful places We would highly recommend this place

The place was amazing and beautiful. I would recommend it. The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable is that in the morning when there is someone having breakfast at 7am you can hear everything and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, it was very close to the Center and a lot of shop. So definitely a good choice.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

The room is well located right in the Medina, so you can do everything by feet. For our taste the room was a bit dark, but I guess that’s normal in a Riad. Also you should be aware that the room is really open, so if you travel with someone, privacy is not really given, which was super fine for us. Check in was super smooth and we felt super safe in the area. The communication was great and everyone was super friendly. Beautiful rooftop and pool area.

The photos are in line with reality: the apartment is nice and very well located. A big thank you to Hala for her kindness and availability! She really takes care of her guests, even going so far as to stay on the phone with you until you arrive if needed. Always attentive when needed, she knows how to be present while being discreet. Special mention for her two adorable hairballs, Leo and Candy, two very soft and affectionate cats. The apartment is ideally located: convenience store right next door, bakery, market, pharmacy, several cafes and restaurants… And if you have a car, Marjane is accessible in just a few minutes. I had such a good time at Youssef and his wife’s house! They are very welcoming, friendly and communicative via message. From the taxi drop off, it will be a 5min walk in small streets to access the house. Easy if you don’t carry too much. Otherwise people can help you if you give them a bit of $. I highly recommend for a peaceful and typical stay, well situated but calm at the same time. Also adding they have a beautiful terrace. 100% worth it
