Riad holiday rentals in Oued Tensift

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid's riad was fab! Myself and two friends stayed in the riad, which felt extremely private after entrance off the street. The riad is as described and alike the pictures. The various seating arrangements, both downstairs and on the rooftop terrace made the space versatile. The heated pool was a wonderful addition too. Mohammed was extremely helpful, offering tips and ideas for places to visit along with food recommendations and restaurants - he spent some time showing us the local map and explaining the above with some freshly made mint tea and biscuits; a lovely gesture. The hosts arranged our transfer from the airport to the riad which was really helpful and clearly communicated, enabling easy access to the riad (recommended as it might be difficult to find without this). We did the same on our return. Mohammed and his brother were both very helpful throughout, and responsive to requests during our stay. The bedrooms were well presented and each had an ensuite bathroom.

Fantastically charming house, super helpful host and great location! The house has amazing character that cannot be found in big-city accommodations. Khalid went above and beyond in helping us with everything. Location is perfect - being very close to the medina, but just outside. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying in Chantal’s riad! The space is truly beautiful and every room is so unique. Super fun staying in the Medina and being able to explore the surroundings areas - very central location. Booking transportation from the airport to the bnb was super helpful as well since it can be a bit difficult navigating through the Medina for the first time. Also highly recommended trying out the breakfast there - super fresh and it was the perfect start to our morning!! Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Marrakech :-)

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Regina's Dar is a wonderful place to explore Marrakech. The house is ideally located for this, very close to all the important attractions and yet completely quiet. Jamaa El Fna is just a 10-minute walk away. The Dar itself is very tastefully decorated and contains everything you need to enjoy yourself. The beautiful pool and roof terrace invite you to enjoy carefree and exude a feeling of luxury. Exactly what you appreciate after a long day in the souks. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and in excellent condition. Regina and Khadija, who are always ready to help with advice, action and information when needed, ensure this. Although Regina was not on site, she always responded within a very short time. Khadija's breakfast was sensational and always freshly prepared. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and recommend this Dar with full conviction. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

We booked this Riad for an EVJF, and we were impressed by the accommodation, spacious, well decorated, modern; with an incredible rooftop! Even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved staying here, and Bahija treated us to her breakfasts, couscous and tajine. Your accommodation greatly contributed to our experience in Marrakech and contributes enormously to our memorable stay, thank you for everything.

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Absolutely stunning place!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful rooftop and pool. Saloua was an amazing housekeeper. Very responsive and helpful hosts, made it a breeze to get everything into the Medina and Airbnb. All-in-all highly recommended place to stay in the Medina.

Aziza really made the experience for us. The road is beautiful. The pool was nice and cold which was very much welcome in the 40degree heat. The area was very safe and the people were so kind. It was nice and peaceful inside the road just a doorway away from the hustle and bustle outside. Thank you!

We LOVED our stay at Ali’s villa! It was for our friends hen do weekend and we were blown away with the accomodation. It looks even better than the pictures!!! Rhe rooftop was amazing and the pool area brought both traditional and modern vibes to life. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and all toiletries were provided and we even had a wonderful lady serve us breakfast and help us around the villa on the first day. Would recommend this place to anyone! Easy location too, 15-20 minutes to the Medina! Really peaceful :) Thank you.

We were seduced by this Riad which immediately made us feel at home, in the middle of the Medina. Everything was within walking distance. What really struck us was the calm and the soothing side while being a stone's throw from the souks. The Riad has been perfectly designed and is perfect for a family of 4. The small pool on the roof top was really appreciated at the time of the aperitif. Lydie and her husband were very attentive to us. Staying in this great Riad in a quiet and safe neighborhood contributed to making this big weekend an unforgettable moment. Thank you again for hosting us.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Marrakech! The riad was superb, perfectly clean, very well decorated, and totally private, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay in complete privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccable. Our host was exceptional from start to finish: always attentive, responsive, and very kind. She handled our transfers efficiently and always responded quickly to our requests. Dar Bablou is a little piece of heaven. Just a 25-minute drive from the airport, it’s nestled in a peaceful village far from the madding crowd—perfect if you’re seeking tranquillity. Our days were blissfully spent lounging by the pool, occasionally visited by friendly chickens, peacocks, and tortoises. For meals, you can stroll five minutes to the lovely Berber Lodge for lunch or dinner, or make use of the well-equipped kitchen at the villa to prepare something simple and satisfying. In the early evenings, we enjoyed walking through the village and along the hillside paths, especially beautiful at sunset. The villa itself is stunning, and we truly loved our stay. Communication was excellent throughout. We’ll definitely be booking again—and honestly, we’re still regretting not extending our stay after our return flight got delayed!

One of the standout features of this property is its excellent location—nestled in the heart of Marrakech’s historic old city and just a short walk from major landmarks. Absolute bliss! This Riad is perfection. An oasis of calm just minutes walk away from the hectic souks and markets Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed and at peace and ease Fred is a fantastic host and although we didn’t meet through WA he was always available and would regularly check in to ensure there were no issues Fred has a lovely maid (Hanane) who is so friendly and makes the most incredible food we would highly recommend having at least one breakfast and one lunch made by her it was the most delicious food we had during our whole stay in Morocco. We would absolutely love to return and stay again should the opportunity arise Thank you Fred you are a great host

This is one of the most beautiful villas I’ve ever stayed at!! Truly beautiful and captivating from the get go! Amazing cook and driver, the stars at night time are out of this world! Gregory is a lovely host I definitely recommend this amazing villa. Driver was sorted out for us at all times, we enjoyed the free breakfast and lovely dinner that was available, everything was spot on!
