We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat just outside of Munich. The home is easy to get to - GPS will take you to the correct location. There is a parking spot for a car. Aldi & Post are a 15 min. walk. Train station is a 20-25 min. walk. With bicycles it is even faster. Trains to Munich are about every 10 min. The trains are convenient - we took day trips to Zugspitze and Salzburg. Markt Schwaben is a charming town with bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants. The walk to some of the restaurants can be 30+ min. There is also a large bicycle store. Johann's house is delightful! It has 3 bedrooms (2 lg beds & 1 futon). There are 2.5 baths and laundry. The garden is beautiful and we watched the birds around the pond morning and night. After days of being in large crowds, this home offers a calming, private respite that was perfect for my family. Johann is responsive and I highly recommend his home. Thank you, Johann for a wonderful week!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

We had a wonderful time in Nicole's beautiful, lovingly furnished cottage. If you are looking for relaxation and deceleration, this is the case. The wide view of the fields, the pool for cooling off, the well-equipped kitchen and the generously sized bathroom were our highlights. In the morning, the bench by the large window invites you to drink coffee and relax, the terrace to eat and by the pool you can make yourself comfortable in the beanbags. The communication with Nic was excellent, she gave us excursion tips and restaurant recommendations for our stay and made a spontaneous vacation extension possible because we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave. ;)

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was lovely – just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The host was very helpful and gave us a great dinner recommendation, which we really enjoyed. A smooth and easy stopover – we’d happily stay again if we're in the area!

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

Great location, great architecture, perfect decor. Fantastic for design lovers. Were even allowed to check out later, as it was not rented again directly after us. Perfect 👍

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

We stayed 5 days with Angela and Alex and had a very nice stay in the beautiful old farmhouse. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, we slept well and we could enjoy the beautiful large garden. We can therefore highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come again
