Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Otis

The house on the tidal river was perfect! My wife loved the extra suite as a get away for reading and watching the wildlife on the river. Easy to get to town by taking the walkway bridge too! Kathy was a great host!

Incredible property with jaw-dropping views. I loved watching the tides come in everyday and there's a lot of cool birds and wildlife. The area for feedback I have is that the mattresses are all really firm which made sleeping a little rough. I still rate the property 5 stars and think it's the perfect getaway accommodation for visitors of Acadia. Also the hot tub is nice after sore hiking muscles!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. The location was easy to find and access, and it met our needs for our stay in the area. The airbnb was very cozy, and as a bonus, came with friendly chickens on the property! :) Natalie was very responsive and provided excellent communication. My family and I had a lovely stay at Dean’s place. It’s just as depicted in the photos with gorgeous ocean views inside and outside. Our two boys had a great time wandering the shoreline hunting for treasure and exploring Acadia daily. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck & even saw a bald eagle one morning! We’d love to return when the boys are older and make use of the kayaks!

Brian’s AirBnb is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The keypad check in is simple. The home is spotless. There are plenty of linens and kitchenware. The home is close to Acadia and downtown Ellsworth. If you want a short drive to Acadia and MDI, this is your place!

We had a wonderful stay in Otis. It’s very drivable to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. The house was well stocked to cook meals and the lake was beautiful with a lot of options to use canoes and kayaks. Everyone had plenty of space and we hope to return in the future.

This place was located in such a beautiful space. The house was great, spacious, and clean for five of us and the scenery was jaw dropping. We cooked most nights and Michelle had everything we needed. We also loved using the kayaks, hanging out watching the NBA finals from the hot tub and reading on the deck. The drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia was only about an hour away and we would eat late lunches at the variety of restaurants in that area. Schoondic Point is also a must see! Staying at this location was a great way to experience Maine with our family.

What a beautiful, peaceful, cozy property. We loved the location on the water, in the forest. The smell of the pines, the sounds of nature, the sunsets, the location between Schoodic and MDI, what else could we ask for? The house was adorable and well stocked. Our kids slept in the loft and loved it. We hardly wanted to leave the house, but alas, adventure was calling, so we did.

Pam's place was wonderful spot for our trips back and forth to Acadia. Away from the crowds of Bar Harbor and only a short drive. The place is cute, quaint and well stocked. Very pleasant stay!

We absolutely loved Lise’s apartment. It had a beautiful view of Cadillac Mountain. The kitchen was updated, high end appliances and had everything in it that we could need, from organic eggs, bread to fruit and yogurt. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the bathroom with the hand held shower. She was the was the most friendly,attentive hostess we have ever had. This is one of the best AirBNBs we have stayed at and we have stayed in many. This was a perfect place for me, my spouse, my dad, and my mother-in-law to stay for one night. Even though I’m the map it looks kind of close to the big highway I didn’t really hear it at all, especially with the windows closed. John was one of the most responsive hosts! We booked this the day of our stay in the afternoon and John made it very easy and quick. He knows how to run an Air B and B. Loved the old time-y light switches. Didn’t cook, but had a big range/ oven. Sheets were smooth and soft. Yup!

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

The location of the condo is perfect if you are looking to stay in Maine to explore Acadia. The condo itself is minimalist but completely adequate. The indoor swimming pool and amenities at the clubhouse are perfect for anyone with kids and/or rainy days! The views were beautiful off the deck. I would definitely stay again!

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were very excited about visiting Acadia National Park. This location is close to the park (about 10-15 min driving). We stay in the large room for six people. The place is good for a group who can sleep closely (our kids slept next to each other in the two beds and the couch), also keep in mind there is only one restroom. Having a kitchen to cook our meals is always a plus. The common areas are very good. We used the hot tub, the fireplace and the grill. Everything was great! Arthur is an excellent remote host, quickly answering all our questions. I recommend this place for families willing to visit Acadia.

Toddy Haven is just that, a haven from the hustle and bustle of typical touristy locations. It really gives you the idea of what it would be like to live on a lake in Maine during the summer! The dock and the kayaks/canoe dedicated to our place were wonderful and the fire pit areas are amazing too! The host Mark has thought of everything for inside the place but I bet you haven't seen a full size pool table provided before?! As a SuperHost myself, I would rate this as one of the top 5 places I have ever stayed during my travels! Hope to return in the future!!

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

Brian's place was great!! It is a great location - you can walk to all the main shops and restaurants right in Bar Harbor, and it is also just blocks from the Bar Island bridge that you can walk at low tide. It's also an easy/quick drive to Acadia. The place itself was just as pictured and very clean and cozy. Before I booked, I read in some others' reviews that the parking was tight, which made me a little nervous, but when I got there, I thought the parking was just fine! I have a regular SUV and had no issues. Brian was also very communicative - I didn't have any issues or need anything while I was there, but he was nice in checking in with me anyway. Highly recommend!
