Family-friendly holiday rentals in Oswego

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

Peppermint Cottage was everything we hoped it would be! The scent of peppermint welcomed us upon our arrival. The fireplace and wide-plank floors created a perfect ambiance as we enjoyed the comfortable, cozy living room. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to visit again someday.

Ryan’s place was beautiful and peaceful. It was perfect for children as the yard is fenced in and non hazardous for young children. Hot tub was perfect house was spotless with all the necessities you would need for day to day. It was a perfect peaceful weekend away with my friends and children. Ryan was the perfect host who communicated clearly and very responsive. Will visit again

We had a great little vacation! We soaked in the hot tub and played pool and really enjoyed the area. We checked out a winery and several great restaurants. What's awesome is the town is a 5 minute walk away. It's so cute and fun!

The stay at Ferryland was amazing! Ontario lake is such a powerful and beautiful place to be. Jan made the stay possible, easy and comfortable. Will highly consider vacationing again here!!!

Perfect location for a show at a local venue. Clean and comfortable and shops and restaurants a short drive in either direction. Matt and Kristy were responsive and had great instructions and communications. I will look to book again when returning to the area.

Their home is so beautiful! Bruce and Caryn are lovely hosts, Bruce especially was very responsive and even helped us out when we were nearly snowed in a couple mornings. The space was used to film a student short film and he was very kind and gracious about the whole process. It was a very peaceful stay on the most gorgeous grounds imaginable. I loved every second I spent there and alway felt looked out for and taken care of. I cannot thank Bruce and Caryn enough!

We stayed at Rebecca's one night for a concert at the JMA dome and the location was perfect! It looks just like the pictures very clean and cozy! A walkable road if you bring a dog. She even messaged me shortly after we left to let me know I forgot my coffee cup which I greatly appreciated !!! We would definitely stay there again when we're in the area! Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Syracuse. Although a drive from the city, it was a great choice for hanging out away from the busyness of Syracuse. We really enjoyed our time here and it was a good set up for my ILs who had access to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

The house was extremely nice, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Great space for two couples with the two king beds and two full bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, and cooking equipment. Great location being just a mile from the center of town for shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and family graduations! This location was close to family, nostalgic in that we used to have family reunions on the lake, and very relaxing and comfortable. Aside from the unseasonably cold weather, it was nice to explore the town, enjoy delicious food and enjoy scenic sunsets on the lake! Would love to return with family in the future! Brian and Melissa were very responsive and we didn't have any issues!

This was my second time staying at the lodge, and it was great! It's a beautiful place, clean, quiet, and relaxing. The lodge has a very well-stocked kitchen, the beds are comfortable, and the fireplace and hot tub are spectacular. The host is also communicative, helpful, friendly, and easy-going. I will be back again!

The home accommodated a large group of friends for the weekend. property was so amazing on the lake, i wish we had more time to spend there. Brian’s communication was also excellent, thank you!

Great place for a weekend get away.

We very much enjoyed our 3 day weekend at Joe’s place. The cabin was cozy and clean and had just the right setup for 3 couples! We appreciated the washer/dryer and dishwasher. Despite the rain, we enjoyed hiking at Fillmore Glen state park and touring the Harriet Tubman home. When the sun came out, we enjoyed two beautiful bike rides on mostly traffic-free roads with views of farmland and lakes. We enjoyed two delicious meals in Skaneateles. Joe provided us with great selections of things to do in the area and told us where to charge our EV.

Lori's place was wonderful. clean, really well stocked, peaceful and organised. thank you so much!

The house is perfect for a family gathering! We were 8 adults and two kids and the house was perfect for us. Lots of space to hang out, enough rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful residential neighborhood.

Very nice place to stay with lots of character. 6 of us stayed in home with room to spare.

The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing. The place itself was beautiful with the spiral staircases and very spacious. The place was so clean and tidy before checking in. The breweries and wineries in the area gave us so much to do and were so fun to do tastings at. Job always responded within a few minutes of messaging and gave clear instructions as well. We even got a complimentary late check out, which was very nice of them. Parking was a little tight in the front of the house, but Job mentioned that prior. All in all, we had a great time and the place was worth every penny!

Emily was one of the best hosts I have had. Very quick to respond and flexible. The area received 1.5-2' of lake effect snow by 9am that morning, Emily made sure that the driveway was plowed out for us by the time we got there and made sure that we were ok to get in. This is a great little lake cabin for a weekend fishing trip or a trip away from home. FYI, the sand bar and grill 1.5 miles down the road has great food at great prices.

I was in town with some fellow alumni from HWS for reunion weekend and we chose to stay at this home. It was surreal to be back in Geneva after 5 years of graduating and staying in town. The home was a great choice!! When we got there it was super clean, shoutout to the cleaning crew, and the ACs were left on for us to come to a cool place. Such a plus. Rooms were booked with amenities and extras were provided. Home felt homey and full of rich history that we were lucky to be experiencing. Check in was smooth. Getting around town was easy. And our favorite part had to be the porch. Thankful for Jeanne and her crew for having this wonderful home ready for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Geneva while in town for the Rosé Soirée. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from all the action, yet peaceful and relaxing when we needed a break. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the fresh-cut flowers—they made the space feel so warm and welcoming. Every detail was clearly curated with care, from the stylish decor to the comfortable furnishings. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
