In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You'll have access to two patios, one of which is facing the south. Outdoor grill is available. In the nearby area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, cliffs, and beach. The beach is child friendly and is 3 min walk from the house. Björnäs is located on Söderön between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5km and you come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy small swimming area. In the area there are walking trails in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel course. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet/shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom.

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.
