Charming seaside (2 km)house with nature around the knots and lake view and swimming area in beautiful spring lake some 100 meters away. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with room for 10 around the table. The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, good space for children to play.

You'll have access to two patios, one of which is facing the south. Outdoor grill is available. In the nearby area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, cliffs, and beach. The beach is child friendly and is 3 min walk from the house. In the area there are walking trails in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel course. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet/shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom.

Charmig lägenhet/Annex i vacker roslagsnatur belägen i Stenskär. Annexet har havsutsikt och altaner mot öster och söder. Egen ingång till Annexet utifrån. Litet badställe nära huset. Större strand samt fina promenadvägar, cykelvägar och fiskemöjligheter i närområdet. Ungefär 15 minuters bilresa till ostkustens pårla Öregrund. Tillgång till vedeldad bastu vid havet och kanot att låna efter särskild överenskommelse. Lakan, handdukar, städning och bastuved ingår inte i hyran. Välkommen att boka!

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Cozy cottage near swimming area in old farm.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home of just over 100 square meters. Very quiet and quiet place on an old farm near the nice Rastsjöbadet. Easy to walk down to the bath which is well kept. Has both brew bath and sandy beach and also picnic table, barbecue areas and toilet. Close to Österbybruk, Uppsala and many nice excursions. We are a family who has the house in the middle of the farm. We have a vegetable farm and move around the farm during the days.

Så mycket att se här i östra Uppland; Öregrunds vackra båthamn och alla härliga sommarrestauranger; bland annat Melker Anderssons Bojabäs, Lövstabruks Herrgård med fint Värdshus för sommarluncher, apotek, Systembolag, ICA och COOP, allt inom 20 minuter. Badsjö med badbrygga finns 4 min bort vid Forsmarks 1600-tals Herrgård. Bil behövs på denna vistelse, för att uppleva omgivningen och bygden. Och vädret…alltid soligt här i Norrby! Välkomna!

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
