Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Herrgård with a nice inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Manor. In the brewhouse there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a daybed. Those who rent bring their own bed linen/bath towels (possibility to rent this is available) Perfect for those who live in a different city and need a home during the work period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Departure cleaning is done by the person renting.

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

In a beautiful cultural-historical house from the 18th century on the Schramska farm in central Östhammar you will find the attendance floor. The former room for the store clerk is now carefully renovated into a comfortable home where the logs, linden reefs and plank floors are left, but now supplemented with a modern kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the cozy garden and the pergola's outdoor furniture together with the host couple.
