Welcome to this peaceful, newly built ecological accommodation in the middle of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The accommodation consists of two cottages: a fully equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one lacks running water💦) Note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years old!

Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea views. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

On the farm, there are two happy retirees a few chickens and a dog It is close to swimming in Rullsand and a lot of activities in Älvkarleby

Cozy and nice brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with a sleeping loft with 3 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
