Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Dominique's place is exactly as advertised, and exceeded our expectations. A bottle of wine in the fridge and a couple of his grapefruits in a basket were a great welcome. The attention to detail and quality workmanship on the entire residence with everything in perfect working order. We wanted for nothing and spotless. Dominique is one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He met us, explained and showed us everything, including paths to the town. You'll understand the importance of that when you go. He was then very respectful of our space for the next 4 days but kicked back into his exuberant and energetic personality to help us depart. A wonderful experience and a highlight of our France trip. Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

A quiet accommodation with a charming view of Imperia. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. If we needed something, he always reacted quickly and helped us. Good tips for the area. And you are surrounded by nature! Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights at Matteo's place, It was his dad Bruno who welcomed us. Very friendly, they recommended several restaurants to us including that of his sister and his niece which is located in Rocchetta, you can go there without a second thought, we are very welcome and we eat very well there! The accommodation is very beautiful and its terrace very pleasant. We had a great time, Thank you!!

We stayed as a couple for two nights. Reaching the apartment involves a 10-minute walk from the public parking area along a steadily ascending stone path, followed by three steep staircases inside the building to reach the bedroom. Just be mindful of how much luggage you bring. Maybe it makes sense to visit the apartment first without luggage? Everything was described in perfect detail and worked seamlessly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort. The Wi-Fi was stable. Maria was an outstanding host – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely attentive. Her communication style is straightforward and warm. We felt completely safe and welcomed. It’s the perfect place to relax and explore. Thank you, Maria, for creating such a lovely base within that unforgettable setting. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We had a wonderful weekend in Bussana Vecchia, a beautiful artists' village! Francesco's house is very nice and very well located. Francesco is a very friendly and very responsive host. We dined at the Osteria Degli Artisti 20m from the house, we feasted and the welcome was very warm. We recommend this magical place and will be happy to come back!

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. A beautiful apartment where you immediately feel at home. Federico is a very friendly host and gave us valuable tips about the area, restaurants, etc. Check-in was very straightforward and you get all the instructions in advance.

The accommodation was very nice and in a good quiet location, very convenient is the private garage with door. The accommodation has everything you need. Isabella's quick and super helpful support is particularly satisfying. I would immediately choose her and her accommodation again.

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

The cottage is clean, cozy and available with everything you need, located in a good location. The hosts were responsive and helpful. If I had to go back to Imperia, I would gladly choose this accommodation again.
