We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Elena and her husband are wonderful host. We had a fantastic time in this paradise. The views will make you stay longer. Elena was very kind and provided us with very helpful information. It was the best decision to stay in Menaggio since we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. I will recommend you to stay in their place 1000% Check in and check out was very easy . Helpful tip: it’s better to have a car if you stay here. We went to many places at our own pace. A cozy and wonderful villa with a great view and very chill in a quiet area and great location and the best host friendly and welcoming

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Eleonora is a great host, she allowed me to check in late in the evening, due to work problems I was even an hour late and despite everything she was very helpful and kind. It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. Fausta our hostess went above and beyond for us! She firstly kindly offered to pick us up from the ferry port in Menaggio which we accepted with open arms as this was our first time in Italy and we had no idea where we were going! During the car ride to the Air BnB she pointed out the place we get the bus back to town, were we can get groceries and even the best places to try some locals Italian food and wine (she also gave us a 10 percent coupon for the places) to top everything off she already had a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge for when we arrived! We have honestly had the best time staying here the home is beautiful with the most amazing views, Fausta helped us get used to the local culture and navigate around the towns very quickly! However if we did struggle the local people are lovely.. We really hope we can come back and stay again

Beautiful and unique accommodation, in a quiet area right on the water. Accommodation is equipped with only important things. If you arrive by car, there is the possibility to park directly in front of the house. The city center is about 20 minutes' walk along the water. WiFi works great. A restaurant is right behind the house that serves good food. Francesca was very nice and gives you very helpful tips for a great stay in Lecco and Lake Como.

Beautiful home and art studio. Wonderful host and family. From start to finish this trip and the home we stayed in was breathtaking. If Italy was represented by a person Raffaele would be that person. We were blessed to call his home our home for a few days.

the Place was great with a phenomenal view. the house is only 8 minutes from town, with a restaurant 5 minute walk if you don't want to drive. Place is very comfortable and relaxing.

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guides, and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description, we thought it was a more secluded place. But even that wasn't a problem, because the village was quiet. Thank you for having us!

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.

This home was absolutely amazing. The views are even better than the photos. There are great restaurants around and walking distance and there is a small pier that can be used for private boat pickups. There is lots to do close by and the hosts were also very helpful and responsive. One of our favorite stays in Italy, definitely recommend!

Maria's place is the best! it is very well managed and extremely organized. Location is absolutely perfect with the metro and bus stops just outside the building. You will be spoilt for choices of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The place also has very good security in place. i felt very safe here. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if I go back to Milan.
