The apartment is in a quiet and calm residential area. Great for rest. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and spacious room on the comfortable upper floor.

We were very comfortable at home, it was very clean, we are glad we rented this house and we thank Ms. Sara for the gift.

First, I would like to mention how wonderful and caring Cristina, the host, was. I really felt that I was staying at a friend's place. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She was always very prompt in her replies to my messages. I requested some extra towels and upon my return to the apartment, a couple hours later, I found a bag by the door with towels inside. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable as well as the couch on the living area. There was plenty of lights and windows in the apartment. I would definetly stay there again during my next visit to Florence. Thank you so much Cristina and Marco for your hospitality.

Samantha's apartment is a great cost-effective option for those going to Firenze. Samantha is very kind and responds promptly. The space is very clean and organized. I highly recommend staying at this place.
