The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

An extremely cozy, safe, clean and complete house. I was happy and tranquil staying with Mayra. The view is incredible and the place is very quiet: a setting that's hard to find in the city of São Paulo lately.

What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well cared for, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Comfortable apartment with the basic amenities available (soap,towels,bedding,detergent,cloths, carpets, kitchen utensils) all clean and organized. The condominium is excellent, has a toy library, large pool, courts and even a mini market for the emergency room. Next door there is an Assaí hypermarket with pharmacy, lottery, etc.. excellent location as well. Although close to the marginal I did not find noisy. Host extremely polite and available. Nice and polite neighborhood. Super recommend this home.

Our stay in the container was delightful. We took our two pets and they loved the space, they enjoyed it a lot! The space is exactly as in the photos, everything very well equipped and clean. We felt at home!

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. The Studio was very clean, well equipped and the stay was very comfortable. I stayed for two weeks and used the laundry and gym with ease. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly. The building is organized and worth the cost. I went for health treatment and I will have to return more often, I will definitely stay there again. The host Neiva is very polite, helpful and receptive. I liked the experience.

We had an amazing stay at Maurilio’s apartment! The modern design is beautiful, and the apartment looks exactly like the photos, if not better. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. Maurilio was an outstanding host, extremely friendly, responsive, and flexible. His fluency in English was a huge plus for us as we don’t speak Portuguese, and he made everything easy and stress-free. Initially, we rented the apartment for a week, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for the next few months. The location, comfort, and Maurilio’s excellent hospitality exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting São Paulo!
