The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Matheus welcomed me personally and was very kind. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was very clean, with towels and bedding. It was very hot during my stay, but a fan was enough. I highly recommend it for those who need to stay near USP.

I returned to São Paulo this time and stayed in another apartment of Leo's and the stay was simply WONDERFUL. The place is impeccable, cozy, has everything you need, the location is perfect and has a beautiful view. Leo is an amazing person, always very kind and attentive to us. The apartment is very well located and easy to find. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The AP was spotless. It is very close to Vibra SP and has many options for restaurants, bakeries and has a Pão de Açúcar market next door. There is also parking available.

I absolutely recommend staying at Sonia’s place. The location is amazing, easy to walk to 2 of the biggest malls. Apartment is exactly as described, very tasteful, comfortable and clean. But above and beyond was Sonia’s hospitality, I stayed here to recover from a surgery and Sonia was incredibly kind and flexible with everything. 100% recommend! Thank you for everything Sonia!! :)

Excellent location, efficient garage, large and complete room, proactive host and gift. One of the most complete rooms I've hosted for the availability of items for bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.
