I loved the accommodation, Marco was very attentive and responded very quickly and politely. The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful view, the host was super helpful, I liked the sound that is in all the common areas. Shower with very good pressure. Overall, I had no problems, I got to know the condominium (gym and pool) and the rodents well. Thank you for hosting Marco, I hope to stay again and I have also recommended it to friends.

I loved the accommodation. Clean space and very well used with the furniture and layout that was set up. Ideal for 2 people, Max 3, if it is a child and sleeps on the sofa bed. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare small meals. For breakfast and/or a simple dinner (using few utensils and pots). Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, good size and well equipped (offers hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And an incredible record). There is a very good market next door (3 min walk). Easy to get an Uber. For those who go to Transamerica, it is very close (about 10 minutes by car - no traffic). Congonhas airport is also close. and to the Barra Funda terminal (about 30 to 40 minutes by car-without traffic). The condominium is very nice The well-equipped gym. The well-educated staff. Would recommend your stay

The location was also a big plus: walkable to shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was smooth and easy. Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

I live in the area and had to leave for a few days due to renovations in my apartment. Emillene was always very kind and everything was agreed with ease and flexibility. The apartment is well located, with several facilities nearby such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, laundries, etc. I recommend it. Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)
