Great location. Great value.

What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well cared for, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

I really liked the hospitality, I understood myself at home. The Altair was always kind and requested, the apartment is super cozy and the location is privileged (it did everything on foot). The only point I have to talk about is about some providers in the condominium, who are not very kind. Mainly the ones in the lobby. As I needed a few times, that didn't impact me much.

What a pleasant surprise Carlos' accommodation was! I live in Brasília, and my father, who is undergoing cancer treatment, lives in Osasco. After a sudden worsening, I threw everything in the car and took the Road. I was able to book (pure luck) for the same day, without paying much attention to the details of the reservation - I just wanted to get there! Upon opening the apartment door, the surprise came: everything was impeccably clean, quality bed and bath linens (very fragrant), a very tasteful environment. Pres. Altino is an old and traditional neighborhood, there is a little shop a few meters away that offers an incredible breakfast! But the most important thing was that they accepted my pet (medium size) without any negative reactions or prejudice (Bull Terrier with a mixed breed). The condominium staff are attentive, the building is quiet and well located. Indico with eyes closed! Excellent experience! The space, in person, is much better than in the photos.

I went with my wife and my two dogs, and we were delighted with all the care and affection of Giula and Luiz. The apartment is very beautiful, super new and equipped, we felt at home, just one point of improvement would be to add a water filter, it would help a lot. Other than that, we don't miss anything!! The apartment is super cozy and met our needs 100%. As for the location, for my case it was great, as it was close to my work. But there is nothing very close to go on foot, we felt unsafe and used the car for everything, but it was super quiet. We will certainly return for a new opportunity. Regards
