This is the perfect place for a couples holiday as it’s in a great location, great views, the pool is perfect and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The hosts are the most friendly people and they make you feel right at home and are always available to help you with anything. They also gave us drinks by the pool which is a great touch. Would recommend to anyone

Our stay at Sonjas house was absolutely perfect. The closeness to the clean sea is of course a great asset, but also the secluded garden and the veranda made our holiday extraordinaire. Even during rain we were outside and protected from being wet, having a very good time. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return soon.

Der Aufenthalt bei Brice hat uns sehr gefallen und unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Brice war ein aufmerksamer, freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar von der Fähre abgeholt, Hilfe für den großen Einkauf angeboten und war immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde n jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub bei Brice verbringen.

Nette kleine Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von schönen Buchten. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, mit tollem Außenpool, alles sehr stilvoll hergerichtet und sauber. Sehr freundliches Gastgeberpaar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist der Standort perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden und Tipps gab es auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo avuto una vacanza meravigliosa , la casa è perfetta, c'è tutto di quello che vuoi e di più. La spiaggia è vicina, non lontano c'è un ristorante, c'è un piccolo supermercato con tutto di quello che hai bisogno. Il proprietario è molto gentile ti può dare delle indicazioni dove si può mangiare o fare una gita in barca. Niente da dire di male, il prossimo anno speriamo di riuscire di soggiornare da Villa Lali di nuovo.

Sehr schöner Garten, viele schöne Grillabende, direkt neben einer Kirche und morgens schwimmen gehen ist sehr nah gelegen. Abends sehr schöne Spaziergänge mit Blick auf Zadar. Sehr nette Nachbarn, viele Mücken aber das Haus bietet Schutz gegen diese

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kozino! Ausstattung der Küche / Wohnungen war top, alles da und mehr was man braucht. Sehr große Kühlschränke inkl. Tiefkühlfach. Terrassen mit Grill und allem Zubehör und toller Gartendusche. Parkplätze vorm Haus immer frei und verfügbar. Josko war immer hilfsbereit und sehr oft anwesend. Nur wenige Schritte zum Meer, zwei Schirme und Liegen waren für uns vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Mangel… WLAN war leider langsam…. Insgesamt: Wunderbar und gerne wieder !

Vila vypadá přesně jako na obrázku. Samozřejmě není uplně nová, takže lehké opotřebení je pochopitelné. Nicméně vše bylo naprosto čisté a připravené. Uvítala nás Elis, vše vysvětlila. Během pobytu nám 2x vyčistila bazén, ale vždy nám napřed napsala, zda nám to časově vyhovuje a nebude nám to vadit a to i přes to, že do domu vůbec nešla. Mám jen dvě malá upozornění a to, že požadovala 600Eur jako depozit pro případné poškození věcí (neměli jsme hotovost a tak to byla drobná komplikace). Depozit byl nám byl při odjezdu bez problémů vrácen. Pak jsme museli zaplatit místní poplatky o kterých jsme také dopředu něvěděli (ale je pravda, že to bylo pár EUR). Celkově to byla naprosto fantastická dovolená v obrovské vile, s opravdu velkým, udržovaným a hlubokým bazénem. Komunikace byla skvělá a pobyt mohu všem doporučit. Byly jsme 3 rodiny (celkem 13 členů) a prožili jsme fantastický týden.

Amazing house with a large private parking space and even garage, large house with all the amenities you can imagine and wonderful garden with jacuzzi and grill alcove, all of it right on the seafront. Additionally, the sea access and beach surface (even if still rocky) was the best we experienced so far from all the beachfront properties we tried. Amazing for kids. We are going to return 100%

Super schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und reichlich Komfort, überaus nette Gastgeberin. Sehr kinder- und familienfreundlich (Hochstuhl, Babybett, Kindergeschirr, Spiele,...). Man kann von hier aus Perfekt Zadar, die Plitwitzer Seen, die Krka Wasserfälle und reichlich schöne Strände und Inseln besuchen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Ana hat uns zur Ankunft Obst, Wein, Kaffee, Süßigkeiten für unsere Kinder,... hingestellt. Wir konnten im Garten grillen. Abends saßen wir am gemütlichen Ofen. Wirklich wunderschön (sogar mit Meerblick) und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!! Wir sagen Dankeschön!

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Frida. Everything was as described on the airbnb page. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning! Special thanks to Sandra, who was very kind and always available via chat.

Amazing villa, some 200 meters from the beach and centre of the village (where you can find grocery stores, fish market, coffee place etc). The place itself is very quiet, all the decriptions are accurate, everything was very clean. Would come back immediately

Schönes stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlt . Was uns fehlte war ein Backrohr, wäre toll in der Aussenküche. Durch die Fotos wird nicht so klar,dass man nicht vom davor liegenden Grundstück direkt ins Meer gehen kann, da zu seicht und gatschig.Man muss zirka 100 Meter die Straße entlang gehen, um ins Wasser springen zu können.Die schönere Bucht mit tieferem Wasser ist 200 Meter entfernt. Für die rasche Abkühlung sprangen wir oft in den Pool. Mit dem Sup kannst du vom Grundstück wegfahren. Wunderbar ist die Stille des kleinen Ortes, und der Einkauf direkt am Bauernhof. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Zeljkos Haus.

Very friendly and honest owner! We were unfortunately only 9 people and therefore had a lot of space - the house has over 700 square meters, fantastic. The pool is also huge and very deep, non-swimmers should only swim there under supervision. The area is quiet and yet close to Zadar.
