Beachfront holiday rentals in Općina Preko

I had a short and very nice stay! Tomislav and his wife were very friendly. They recommended lots of things and I loved the view from the apartment. Although it's a bit tricky to get there Kali is beautiful and I couldnt imagine having a better start of the morning. The ferry to Zadar is near (one bustop or take a walk along the coast of 30 min). The only thing which was for me a bit difficult was finding a good/bigger supermarket. You have one where the busstop is, but I couldnt find at first. The little shops have some things, but if you want to eat something in house you should go to a bigger market. Tomislav and his wife are everytime near by if you need help. And due to the fact I had some bad experience in other apartments, I'd like to mention that the whole apartment was very clean and smelled very good 😍. I felt very comfortable. I would come again with more time and a car! 😊 Hvala vam puno!

We had a great stay, everything was perfect!!! The welcome, the accommodation, the calm, the access... The terrace with the magnificent sea view is really great. There are plenty of walks to do at the foot of the accommodation. Zlata and Igor are really adorable , we had lots of great tips during our stay. Igor took his time to accompany us to the fish market, light the barbecue and cook together!! It's very rare to be welcomed with so much interest. Our son loved the turtle search in the garden!!! We will most certainly be back and recommend the accommodation without hesitation!!!!!

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the stay at the aparment. The village, Lukoran, is very dreamy and idyllic with a lot of beautiful quiet beaches (most of them are pebble strands but not a problem to go there in the beautiful clear water - without any jellyfishes). The citizens are also friendly and supportive. The apartment is smaller than thought, but has everything you need - Also an air-conditioner. Also the view from the balcony to the beach is very beautiful, although you share the balcony with your neighbours from the house. It was still quiet and we had very friendly neighbours). Special thanks we want to say to Branko, which is a very friendly, charming, supportive and lovely man. He gave to us figs, fig marmelade and tips where to go. If you want to explore Ugljan we recomment to rent a car before the vacation or e-bikes.

The house is in a beautiful location with a large terrace and with wonderful sea views. Just outside the gate there is an access to the sea, a small concrete platform overlooking crystal clear sea. The village of Savar has no shops or services, on the other hand it is in a wonderful natural setting, with a small church on the sea and a small promontory with pine forest. We spent 10 days of vacation with the family beautiful. Friendly and helpful host. Dugi Otok and a lovely island. Very well-stocked and functional kitchen. Large table on the terrace. Furniture that's a little dated but functional. Exceptional!

The place is beautiful, the sea is right in front of the house and it's pretty quiet. Žarko does everything on his own, he was very friendly and let us check in early. Everything's been as described (except for the bicycles, that we had to rent at another place). We had a wonderful time and would recommend Žarkos place to everyone who'd like a peaceful vacation.

The accommodation was pleasant, and we liked everything. We were very satisfied with our stay and had a great time. Everything met our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it.

The place was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

It was a great time for us as a family, the host was extremely friendly and caring and our kids were welcomed in a very heartwarming way. The appartment was very clean and we had everything we could need and some extra details like bathrobe for each Family member. We will come back and recommend the Apartments for other Families.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and great location for exploring. Some nice places to eat. Our flight was earlier than check in but we were able to bag drop and go for some lunch and provisions. The apartment had everything a lovely outside terrace with sea views. Lovely clean and heated pool with patio area for sunbathing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This is a great place, very well kept, clean and the location is great. The pool, ocean and the view is the best! Don't bring a too big car or a mini-van since there is some narrow streets that you will need to manage. 10 min walk to the best restaurant on the island (the olive garden marina resturant)

Punta Skala / Petrcane is beautiful. Great time of the year to visit

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

The place is exactly as described and is definitely worth the price! The huge roof terrace with the great view of the sea is a dream. The rooms are all very large, clean and very well air-conditioned. The pool is right next to the property and even despite full occupancy of the apartments there was always enough space to swim and romp. The sea is less than 100 meters away. Everywhere there are direct accesses to the water, so you don't have to walk or drive to another beach. Two small markets are in the immediate vicinity for the most important things. For larger purchases, the big supermarkets are an 8-minute drive away on the outskirts of Zadar. Communication with Mate was excellent. An issue with the Internet was resolved within a day. If there is anything negative at all, it is the kitchen equipment. Here there could be a little more dishes (bowls) and cutlery (scissors, sharp knife). Great place to stay!

Our stay was just great! The private beach was fabulous and it was heavenly quiet. Sandra and her brother are super nice and helpful. The place is simple and good - just what we were looking for. There are no neighbors. We had our bikes with us and were able to reach the beautiful little villages easily. For a quiet break right by the sea, really great! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Srecka was very kind, very helpful and welcoming. The house is located about halfway between Preko and Cali, full of numerous docks where you can swim. The terrace overlooking the sea is worth everything. Spectacular.

Martina’s place is great, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. She is an ideal host always responds quickly and very helpful. Location is great literally across the road from the beach. Puntamika is pretty quiet but has a few nice restaurants/bars and it’s very easy to get into Zadar itself. We’d definitely return. Thank you Martina.

The place was fantastic. The communication with Sabine was wonderful and she was always quick to respond. We were able to get to know her, as she was also on site and found her very likeable. She renovated the old house wonderfully and lovingly. Due to the available structure, creaking floorboards are unavoidable, but did not bother us further. We felt very comfortable. Particularly beautiful was the location right on the water and you could jump right into the sea. On site the smaller restaurants were all wonderful. It was a beautiful little relaxing place not frequented by mass tourism. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was great all around. Dejan was very flexible with check-in and is happy to provide information about the area and good restaurants. The view is breathtaking and the location is very quiet. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment and outdoor space is cozy and perfectly equipped, it is perfectly clean and we felt great in it. Zrinka is a very attentive and sensitive host. We were absolutely satisfied! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Ivan’s place was a really pretty spot, beautiful spot to explore Preko from. Close to a big supermarket and a really good size for two of us to utilise. Would really recommend this Airbnb if you’re thinking of staying on this stunning island.

Possibly my favourite stay in Croatia so far. Matej’s house is beyond perfect, with an almost private beach access just in front. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking disrance, but not so close that they would spoil the peacefulness. We loved everything about this holiday and Matej was extremely helpful with everything we needed.
