Holiday rentals with a patio in Općina Preko

We had an unforgettable long weekend with family and friends at this amazing Airbnb on the beautiful island of Ugljan! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for a group getaway. Everything was just right—the appliances were modern and high-end, and the beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to feel at home. The poolside area was the star of the show—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out together. The BBQ setup made our evenings special, with great meals and even better company under the stars. The beach was only a short walk away, and the whole area was quiet and relaxing—ideal for unwinding. Our host was exceptional: kind, responsive, and full of helpful local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful escape on the Croatian coast. We’re already talking about coming back!

The entire experience of booking up to staying at Brankica’s apartment was beautiful. I would love to stay here again, and can definitely recommend! The apartment is spotless, and is complete with full amenities. Brankica has been very responsive and welcoming!

We were warmly welcomed despite very late arrival with the last ferry from Zadar. Only for the arrival and departure our host came to the island for one night. Everything was as described . The terrace is fantastic and we spent many beautiful hours here. For swimming, you only have to go down a staircase next to the house. In the morning, a sales cart came every day where you could stock up on bread, doughnuts and croissants. There was also a small fruit and vegetable stand. The small grocery stores scattered around the island were now pretty sold out in the high season. Only in Sali you got all the food. If you want to take care of yourself, you should already bring a "basic equipment" from the mainland ( which is also much cheaper) . If you want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

Very nice place. Perfect for two people. We stayed 5 nights. Beach was a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants was around 20-30 minutes walk from the apartment. Didn’t have a car so we had to walk around which was fine. Bozena was very nice and friendly. Always responds fast.

Katarina and her husband are super good and friendly hosts. The apartment is located in very quite surroundings and has a beautiful view over the sea and with ease acces to Zadar by car. Katarina and her husband live in one of the other apartments and is therefore available for any questions during your stay. They helped us with finding very beautiful hikes in the area. The hosts have our warmest recommendations and we would like to stay with them at any time

Small, cute apartment in a top location. Only 1 min from the beach, with access to the pool. It was all great and very straightforward. The apartment is simply furnished, but everything really fit great and was perfect for us and the long weekend.

The apartment is nice and big for 2 and has a great balcony! The view of the sea is wonderful. Likewise, the private Hugang to the water is very nice.

Villa Pearl of Kali is a BEAUTIFUL apartment directly at the coast line! The view is incredible and the apartment itself extremely tidy and with great detail, it is visible that Lucija - the host - puts a lot of effort into the decoration and wants to create a cozy home for her guests. The apartment, especially the kitchen, was fully equipped and had all that one needs! Additionally, Lucija offered us a fruit and antipasti plate and selfmade juice as a warm welcome and we even got a little present when we left! She’s so nice, very helpful and we simple loved our stay there!! 10/10 recommend!

We had a dream week with Ljerka and her son Franz! Upon our arrival, they welcomed us like royalty with a plate of cold cuts and homemade pancakes – a lovely touch that immediately set the tone. Ljerka is exemplary in responsiveness and, if needed, Franz is always available, smiling and ready to help. The apartment is ideally located, quiet, just 10 minutes' drive from the center of Zadar. The balcony offers a splendid view of the sea, and direct access to an almost private beach makes the place even more magical. A real little corner of paradise, perfect for relaxing in the sun. We recommend it with our eyes closed, and even x1000, for all those who are looking for a peaceful break by the water!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

The apartment is very well maintained, quietly located and the bed is very comfortable! Sanda was very sweet at check-in and tried to point out all the sights of the island. When I got sick and no pharmacy was open nearby, she even gave me some of her medicine. The ONLY disadvantage is (as so often on the island) that the small alleys are not easy to reach by car and the private parking for larger cars is rather not an option. But Sanda was also able to find a solution for this in the past. Otherwise, the apartment and hostess are quite wonderful and highly recommended! My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
