This is the perfect place for a couples holiday as it’s in a great location, great views, the pool is perfect and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The hosts are the most friendly people and they make you feel right at home and are always available to help you with anything. They also gave us drinks by the pool which is a great touch. Would recommend to anyone

Our stay at Sonjas house was absolutely perfect. The closeness to the clean sea is of course a great asset, but also the secluded garden and the veranda made our holiday extraordinaire. Even during rain we were outside and protected from being wet, having a very good time. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return soon.

We loved staying with Brice and fully met our expectations. The place is exactly as described. Brice was an attentive, friendly host. He even picked us up from the ferry, offered help for the big shopping and was always available. We felt very comfortable and would spend our vacation with Brice again at any time.

Everything was perfect. Marta and her parents was every time very friendly.

We really recommended the Villa Marni, it was a wonderful time at their house. Great apartment with pool outside, we had the best view at evenings for sunset. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic house to stay in. It has just been tastefully done up and it's sparkly clean. The beds are very comfortable, great pillows, lovely bedding. Great showers. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels (even beach towels). Everything works well, everything is provided (oil, salt and pepper...). And the sea is a very short stroll away. The village has a shop and a nice restaurant. Would definitely come back...

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has everything you need and the location is quiet and peaceful. I will stay there again.

We had a great stay in Kozino! Amenities of the kitchen / apartments were great, everything you need. Very large refrigerators incl. freezer compartment. Terraces with BBQ and all accessories and great garden shower. Parking in front of the house is always free and available. Josko was always helpful and very often present. Steps to the sea, two umbrellas and loungers were available for us. The only minor deficiency… Wifi was unfortunately slow…. Overall: Wonderful and happy to come back !

The house and the agent Mate were great, no complains, fast and very professional responses to all questions ;-) even a big water melon in front of the door after a day trip ;-) always again!

The villa looks exactly like the picture. Of course it's not completely new, so light wear and tear is understandable. However, everything was absolutely clean and ready. We were greeted by Elis, explained everything. She cleaned the pool for us twice during the stay, but she always wrote us first if it suits us and we wouldn't mind, even though she didn't go to the house at all. I only have two small notifications and that she requested 600Eur as a deposit for possible damage to things (we didn't have cash and so it was a minor complication). The deposit was returned to us at checkout without any problems. Then we had to pay local fees which we also didn't know about in advance (but it's true that it was a few euros). Overall it was an absolutely fantastic vacation in a huge villa, with a really big, maintained and deep pool. The communication was great and I can recommend the stay to everyone. We were 3 families (13 members in total) and had a fantastic week.

Amazing house with a large private parking space and even garage, large house with all the amenities you can imagine and wonderful garden with jacuzzi and grill alcove, all of it right on the seafront. Additionally, the sea access and beach surface (even if still rocky) was the best we experienced so far from all the beachfront properties we tried. Amazing for kids. We are going to return 100%

Super nice place to stay, with pool and plenty of comfort, extremely nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby cot, children's dishes, games,...). You can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitwitzer Lakes, the Krka waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands from here. The house is well equipped. Ana left us fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... on arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy oven. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Frida. Everything was as described on the airbnb page. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning! Special thanks to Sandra, who was very kind and always available via chat.

Amazing villa, some 200 meters from the beach and centre of the village (where you can find grocery stores, fish market, coffee place etc). The place itself is very quiet, all the decriptions are accurate, everything was very clean. Would come back immediately

Beautiful stylishly furnished house in which you feel very comfortable . What we were missing was an oven, would be great in the outdoor kitchen. The photos do not make it so clear that you cannot walk directly into the sea from the property in front, as it is too shallow and gatschig. You have to walk about 100 meters along the road to jump into the water. The more beautiful bay with deeper water is 200 meters away. For quick cooling, we often jumped into the pool. With the Sup you can drive away from the property. Wonderful is the silence of the small place, and the shopping right on the farm. We had a lovely holiday in Zeljko's house.

Very friendly and honest owner! We were unfortunately only 9 people and therefore had a lot of space - the house has over 700 square meters, fantastic. The pool is also huge and very deep, non-swimmers should only swim there under supervision. The area is quiet and yet close to Zadar.
