Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Općina Pakoštane

we had theost wonderful holiday at this gorgeous home. We needed to rent a car but we felt the holiday home was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit so only a short car journey away(20mins). The bonus was how peaceful and safe the area was. The accommodation was perfect. The pool was the best pool we've ever had, very well kept and it was only us using it so was perfect for our children. Our children loved the swing in the garden. The hosts were kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Great acccommodation, everything we needed and even more, beds were large and comfortable, very nice private swimming pool, table tennis and table football. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. And we had the pleasure to receive a very warm welcome with own locally produced food and beverages. Nice spot for riding to different cities in the area

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

The apartment was as described, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Marko is a great host who answers all questions quickly, he is communicative and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

The little beach house was absolutely lovely—very well-kept and cozy. Everything you’d expect or need was there. The pebble beach is just a one-minute walk away. The beautiful terrace is perfect for relaxing. Ana was very welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back anytime!

Very nice apartment, clean, spaciouse with amazing view from the terrace. Well equipped. There was everything we could potentially think of. We knew the arena before and definitely recommend it for families. Plenty of nice beaches around. The host was very friendly, great communication before and during our stay.

Our stay was fantastic, we enjoyed the studio a lot, very modern und very clean. Our 6month old slept in the middle, for the other one we get a travel cot for kids. All was fine, thanks to the host.

My family and I rented Lea's apartment for over a week long stay in Pakoštane. This place exceeded our wildest expectations. Lea is a lovely host, and communicative , she was very quick to respond to our messages with questions, the apartment had everything you needed, and even more than we expected, like in our own home. And above all, very clean and fresh🤗🤗 Close to the beach (within 5 min walk) beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and nearby islands. Breakfast daily on the balcony 😎 Parking at the entrance of the block. Bojana is a very friendly host who responded immediately to my aftermath and helped. The place has a perfect location, to the quiet and beautiful beach of Betina are just a few minutes walk away. In addition, you will find everything you need on site: shopping, bakery, pharmacy. Parking space is also available. The apartment is very spacious and has enough space for two or three people. A beautiful terrace is also part of the apartment. We sincerely thank Bojana for the great welcome.

Hans was a great host! Very approachable and helpful. He was flexible concerning check-in and out times which meant a lot to us. The apartment is small and lovely, looks like on the photos and has a wonderful backyard perfect for breakfast or afternoon chilling. It had everything we needed. Accomodation is 10-15 min walk away from the beach, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. The more beautiful side of the Island is a 10 min car ride away. There is free parking available on the site. Would recommend for a nice and restful vacation on Murter! 😊

Very friendly hosts. The apartment is just like the photos. Great beds. Large and comfortable apartment. Everything is in place, including a coffee maker. The kitchen is super-equipped. Great patio, garden, barbecue area. We felt very comfortable there. I recommend these hosts😀

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

We had such a great stay. Domagoj’s brother met us as we arrived and showed us everything even driving with us to find petrol and a parking spot. Everything is in walking distance. We were attending a music festival in Tisno and hired a car. Great decision as we got to enjoy the beaches around the apartment and close enough to the festival. Apartment worked well for three ladies sharing. Great communication and advice for the area. We even did a private boat tour with Domagoj’s brother which was great fun. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very pleasant and clean accommodation with nice small terrace and sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Due to the existing air conditioning, the nights were very pleasant. Great location, in a few minutes you can walk to the sea and restaurants. Ivanka and her husband are extremely nice, helpful and communicative! We'd love to come back anytime!

You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Perfect place. Everything is close by. Hosts are really nice. Vegetarian people need to do some search in the area for food. Basic stuff still available everywhere.
