The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. We were a little skeptical at the beginning as we have never stayed at a campsite. But we are extremely positively surprised by this great concept. However, the mobile home is extremely comfortable and there is everything you need for the day. Air conditioning in every room, which makes it a little more bearable at 35°C in the shade. The campsite is clean, shops are easily accessible. There are three stands nearby and within walking distance. Our little dog, 14kg, was even tolerated on the beach. All in all, this was a great vacation for our family of four plus dog.

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

We spent wonderful days with our children at Ivana's house. The location is particularly great, right on the lake with private access and perfect for the children to swim as it is very shallow on the Shore. In the garden you will always find a shade spot during the day.

We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. Our hostess is totally sweet and helpful - it doesn't get better. The place Betina is also highly recommended, not so characterized by tourism A small note: the car must be parked about 5 minutes away from the house - but not too bad Conclusion: highly recommended

This place is wonderful Ines and her husband waited to great is when our car was late with a smile on their face. The place was stunning and had everything you could wish for. Would highly recommend this to anyone. We would love to return.

Villa Stella del lago is as beautiful and perfect in person as it is in the pictures! Marko was easy to communicate with, meeting us at check-in and check-out and providing great advice on local spots in the area. The home is in a small quiet neighborhood and you look at olive trees on the property from the backyard. The outdoor space has multiple sitting areas where you can relax depending on your mood and the outdoor grill makes for some wonderful meals! There is a wonderful restaurant about 5 minutes away by car and you are about 10-15 minutes away from two small towns and a variety of beaches. We easily did a day trip to Zadar and one to Krka national park. There are also a number of wineries one could explore on a day trip from Villa Stella del lago as a home base. We were there about a week and the time flew by, would stay again and definitely recommend to all!

The welcome by Marko and Ana was very warm and we immediately felt comfortable. They were always available and responsive! Their wonderful cottage is super clean and has everything you could ask for and need!!! Everything is as described and seen in the photos! An all-round successful stay! Thank you, dear Ana and dear Marko!

The house is exactly as shown on the pictures. You are very private and have a spacious outdoor area. It is close to nature, nearby is a small supermarket and a really delicious restaurant. By car, however, the large supermarkets, the city center and the beaches are also quickly accessible. We were two families with one child each, so the room layout with 3 rooms, 2 double nets each and one room with single nets, was really ok. Unfortunately, one lack was that the wifi didn't work. Mauro made an effort and was in contact with us, but due to the holidays, the internet provider was unable to take care of it in a timely manner.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house, the pool, the location, we just loved it!

We had a lovely week in Zorica's home. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. Most of all communication with Zorica was always so easy and quick, any questions answered on the spot thanks. The camp is lovely and quite new. Everything needed is on site and all the staff are really friendly. We can only recommend Zorica's home for a lovely,quietholiday and hope to return in the future.

You had a great stay. Beautiful place, perfect for families with children. The house and terrace are very clean, the pool is a great addition - the kids didn't want to go out :) An additional attraction, there was a turtle wandering around the garden :) The downside are jealous neighbors, which you could feel in their behavior - but our hosts were overwhelmed and effectively dealt with it. The attitude of our hosts was unique, what we will remember is definitely smiling and always helpful Parents of Antonio :) They picked us up from the ferry and helped transport our luggage to and from the place of check-in. At the end, each of us twisted in the eye of a tear, leaving warm memories after this unforgettable stay. Sorry for the steeped grapes;) The island surges, worth exploring in every corner, each of the beaches different, full of "treasures" in the sea, and the community of Vrgada is friendly and smiling. To each of the beaches - walking 10 minutes away, and 2 minutes to the historic church - super! There was plenty to do throughout your stay! :)

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

Beautiful place; clean, cosy, just on the beach. It was amazing to drink morning coffee and watch the sea or fall asleep with the sounds of waves and wind. Me and my family spend there wonderful time. Thanks Sabine ! It was pleasure! Your recommendations are perfect!

Super equipped place, just a short walk from the sea. Quiet location, super view. Maybe the only flaw Internet connection is not very good but I think it's a problem in the area

My partner and I were in Croatia for 2-3 days at short notice. Communication with Mateja was quick and easy. The apartment is large, clean and new. The sofa bed was super comfortable and cozy. We will be happy to come back! Thank you :)

We had a great time at Lukas' house, felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time right by the sea very much. Everything was as shown in the pictures, very clean and stylishly arranged. Every day we had great sunsets, which you could never get enough of, and overall a lot of peace and quiet😌. Ideal for canoeing - some islands are easily accessible, you are partly alone there. There seem to be a few restaurants in the area, but we cooked a lot and only ate in Murter once (about 30 minutes by car). A supermarket is about 10 minutes away, as well as a gas station. The approach to the property is a gravel road, sometimes a bit narrow, but with a normal car no problem. To Zadar ~40min, Split ~1.5hrs and Dubrovnik ~3.5hrs (all recommended, even if the latter is a bit far). Luka was very nice and straightforward, check-in and check-out worked out smoothly! We can and will definitely recommend this place😉!

The apartment is well appointed and is very well located in the city center with cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the beach and harbor with sailing connections right at your fingertips. There was a leap of people on the street and at the eateries and on the small stage on the harbor, which contributed to a good vibe. However, if you are very sensitive to sounds, the apartment is not ideal for the same reason, as you can hear people on the street late at night and early in the morning. However, for us it was no problem, we like the sound of life and people. The beds are good and air conditioning on both floors works really well. When we arrived, there were fruit and biscuits and wine for us. Veronika was very helpful with all questions and sent links to nearby beaches and getaways. The parking is at 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, but works perfectly with the parking pass, which is attached to the apartment. We are already dreaming of returning one day.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, you can't get enough of it! The apartment is clean and functional. Well located for day trips (Zadar, Plitvice, Zadar,...) I recommend it!

If you’re considering staying on this little island, don’t hesitate—just book it! Our experience was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. Waking up each morning to the sound of cicadas, walking through the olive trees, and stepping straight into the sea was pure magic—utter tranquility. From check-in to check-out, Visnja and Magdalena were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything seamless. The little house itself is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered with very cute interior. We spent our days snorkeling in the clear water and our evenings grilling and dining. The outdoor sofa seating area was perfect for watching sunsets, and the outdoor shower was an absolute dream. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.
