We absolutely loved our stay at Nadine’s! Perfect location with great views, access to public transport and lots of great bars nearby. Nadine was an amazing host - very proactive and flexible! We will be back.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Wonderful clean and newly renovated apartment with many thoughtful touches. A joy to stay here. Walking distance to the Promenade D’Anglais, the beaches. The old town , the bike store and more. We had a fantastic stay at Renee’s apartment in Nice. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, the port, Old Town, great restaurants, close to several groceries, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and local. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, but the real highlight for us was the balconies. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying a glass of wine out there – the atmosphere was relaxing and so quintessentially French. Everything we needed was provided, from fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warmer days. Renee was a lovely host – warm, helpful, and very responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Nice!

Great location! Close to tram, beaches and many restaurants! Host is very responsive and helpful! We chose to sleep on the sofa bed as needed to climb the ladder to go to the bed. We lost almost two days of our time in nice due to late check in at 4 and early checkout at 10 am. There was no flexibility with those timings. Otherwise the place is beautiful, in a safe and nice location and the host is super helpful!

We had a fabulous stay at Damien’s apartment. The space is exactly as photographed, the location is incredible just a couple of minutes to the beach and in the heart of the old town and surrounding restaurants + easy access to public transport to get you to other areas along the coast/the airport. Damien was responsive and quick to respond and fix the AC when we needed it. Good size for a couple, for a couple of days. We’d thoroughly recommend the apartment and area.

This spot is an amazing hub for your Nice and local adventures! The host, Olivier, is absolutely incredible and went out of his way to make my stay perfect. Highly responsive and wants you to enjoy your stay.The place is spotless and in the perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and in the heart of Old Town. You can prop the windows open and listen to the city (whic i found quite peaceful)h but as soon as you close them it’s very quiet. Appreciated the AC and the fan at night. I would absolutely stay here again. Like others have said it is on the 4th floor up a set of steep stairs! It’s not a problem at all if you are healthy and need to burn off a few croissants, like me. Great restaurants nearby, Bistrot d’antoine (call for reservations), Lavomatique and JAN (reservation required, fine dining but worth every penny) were some of my favorites. Stores nearby for goods for the apartment. I was on a solo trip and felt extremely safe around and in the apartment Don’t hesitate to book.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

We have just returned from a few great days in Charlotte’s wonderful house. Charlotte was an outstanding host who couldn’t have been more helpful prior to and during our visit. Her flexibility in check in and check out times and the local information she provided to us prior to our visit was particularly helpful. The availability of a garage was very useful for one of our party who drove to the accommodation. The well kept, spacious house and garden were beautiful and the air con was great. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. We had a fantastic time in Nice and we would highly recommend staying here to future visitors. A great location, a great host and a great house. Thank you very much Charlotte.

Great location on the beach front, easy walking distance to shops, a few cafes, beach club and tram line to get into old town. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom is at the front of the house which is on a main road so it’s quite noisy through out the night but that is to be expected with the houses location

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

Sonia’s place is really as it is discribed, in the middle of the centre, everything is so close, restraurant, markets, turistic office, sea. Appartments is very convinient, quiet, clean, there is everything you need.bed and sofa is convinient for sleeping.Sonia is always in touch. I really recomend this place.

Thank you Serghei for having us stay!! The apartment was central + walkable everywhere, we felt very safe in the area which was important for us as young female travellers. Lots of stairs but this was made very clear and no issues. Amazing aircon!! Just for future (for other travellers as fyi) we had some issues unlocking into the door into the hallway of apartments - turn the key LEFT and push hard - Serghei communicated well with us during this very late night check in and was a superb host

Pitch-perfect experience! The place is cute, tidy, and excellently located. Exactly as in pictures and description. Our communication was with Görkem, who was impeccable throughout. Great communication and a very nice person. Was there to greet us and maintained communication throughout to make sure everything went smoothly. A month before our travel, I had requested an early check-in, and I planned to write as the date approached to see if it was possible. No need - Görkem had kept it in mind and promptly contacted me to confirm that it was. This is the level of attention to detail you will get by booking with them.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!
