Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

If you’re travelling by car, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There was no convenient parking near the building, which made both check-in and check-out quite difficult. The parking garage they recommended was a 15-minute walk away — and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience either. That said, the location really was the highlight — very well situated.

Great apartment in a very walkable location near the beach. Excellent wifi which we appreciated for a bit of work. The parking was a huge plus since we had a car. Chantal was a communicative host, merci beaucoup!

Beautiful apartment in Nice with 360 views, spacious, clean and comfortable - has everything you might need. We were met by our host who was so kind and helpful, he showed us how to get to the tran stop and local shop. As some people have mentioned there is a high hill to walk up, however we didn't find this a problem. It's also a really safe and quiet area. Tram into Nice just at the bottom of the hill takes around 10 mins and a lovely walk into Nice take around 35/40 mins with beautiful sea views and beach lounge bar stops on the route if you want to stop / for it to take longer. An Uber from town to the airport was 30 euros.

Gregory-Yann's place was a good location for us. It had some noise during the day but it disappated at night and it was an easy walk for us into the heart of the city. We met others, on tours, who received ear-plugs at their check-in, so we were pleased we opted to be out of the center. We are walkers and had no trouble getting around. Others would be able to easily access the tram. Good directions from the hosts for using the tram from the airport.

We had a very nice stay in the flat! It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal, with walking distance to many of the city's attractions, restaurants and shops. In addition, the apartment was close to the train station, which made it very easy to go on day trips to other cities in the area. All in all, a great place we'd love to come back to!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Nice. The apartment was spotless - we felt right at home, with the bonus of such a large outdoor terrace - and is well located near a tram station and a choice of supermarkets and bakeries. Many thanks again for your welcoming hospitality. Highly recommended for a short stay in a vibrant city!

Super conveniently located to the tram and very nice, modern bathroom. And there was even a bottle of rosé waiting to welcome us! Perfect!

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

It was a clean and pretty accommodation. The advantage of being spacious and comfortable was very great, and it was nice to feel at home while staying in a somewhat unfamiliar city called Nice. Above all, the host's response was very quick and friendly, so I felt reassured.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Could not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. Solange is friendly, hospitable and has excellent communication. She showed me around the apartment and the grounds and allowed me to store my bags before check in and after check out. The apartment is a nice studio that doesn’t feel cramped. The pool is right next to the ocean so you can hear it while you relax but is private and not very busy. It’s the perfect place to stay. There is a grocery store right across the street as well, and an easy walk from the train station. I cannot wait to come back!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

A great accommodation - super clean - and well located to discover Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Menton by car 😊 There were three of us there with our 18-month-old son, everything was fine 😊 And Judith is a lovely and so accommodating hostess! She came to us super prepared and also translated everything into our language, thank you very much for the entire stay Judith!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

This is one of the NICEST AIRBNBs we have ever seen. For reference, we have stayed in rental houses in locations like California, Vail Beaver Creek, Chicago, Atlanta, Paris, etc etc. This property is truly superlative. Yerin's team is one of the most communicative, professional and polite we have encountered. Joanna is world-class at preparing & welcoming guests. Clear, excellent check-in and check-out instructions. Compared with other AirBnbs in France, the home was very well stocked in the sense that it has literally everything you would need if you lived in the home full time. The kitchen is premium, the bedrooms are grand, the bathrooms modern (and well stocked) and there is more storage than any modern family could need for any extended trip. We used the amazing pool daily, worked out at the outside weightlifting space and lounged under the grape vines, walking to local beach clubs and restaurants daily. There are fragrant flower and fruit trees around the gracious property.

We had an exceptional stay. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful setting to stay in the south. The garden is very well maintained and offers a very relaxing setting. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather, but it's very large. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa is very well located for a trip to the region, 10 minutes from the highway, and just 30 minutes from Nice. Our hosts were very welcoming with a little surprise for our arrival. I recommend it 100%, everything was really perfect.
