L’emplacement au port est tout simplement parfait – central, charmant et idéal pour découvrir Nice à pied. L’appartement est stylé, impeccable et exactement comme sur les photos. Toute la communication avec Doumé ainsi que le check-in étaient impeccables. On ne peut pas faire mieux ! Un Superhost qui mérite largement son titre. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Nice! The space was stylish, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better. It was just steps from the beach, the Old Town, and amazing restaurants. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Our host was also outstanding, extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The property was a lot of fun and was in a great location! It was on the 5th floor(some might consider it 6th floor). My wife, daughter and I are active. So, climbing the stairs was not an issue at all. We loved being right in Old Town Nice but a block or two off from all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone travelling to Nice.

This place is perfectly magical and Melina is a brilliant host. Thoughtful details and carefully curated surroundings in the perfect location for a walkable city make this the best place in town. A perfect couple of days and a wonderful host leave me feeling grateful and joyful.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Very nice home. With a nice view of the distant mountains. Good transportation, you can be in the center quickly. Everything as agreed. The host is very helpful and flexible. One disadvantage is the pull-out bed is a little unstable, but not terrible. We slept well, rested, and it was perfectly suited to what we were looking for. We will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und uns hat die Ausstattung begeistert. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war da. Aber auch Schuhanzieher oder Wäscheständer. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss eventuell ein paar Meter weiter fahren und sich mit der App vertraut machen und dann leider alle 2 Stunden die Parkgebühr zahlen; zumindest wir haben im Gratis-Bereich keinen Parkplatz gefunden. Jordi hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Great place to stay to head into Monaco for the Grand Prix!

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marie-Jo in ihrer Wohnung in Antibes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Von Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Flaschenöffner, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight gewesen, der Ausblick reicht bis nach Nizza und weiter bis zu den Alpen - jedes magisch!! Die Wohnung ist 45-55 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Man muss etwas laufen. Es gibt aber auch Fahrräder die man in der Stadt für 10€ den Tag leihen kann, denn Fahrradwege gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)

Rémi est très réactif, très aimable, précis dans ses descriptions, préconisations, et plein d’attentions délicates. Appartement, dans un immeuble surplombant CAP d’AIL centre, très agréable à vivre, très fonctionnel, une terrasse spacieuse et une vue superbe et imprenable sur la Méditerranée !!! We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰
