Holiday rentals with beach access in old nice, Nice

Lovely place with thoughtful touches, reflecting personality and the local area but still modern and comfortable. Wonderful a/c and water pressure. Loved having 1.5 baths. I had to make up duvet myself when we got there though, and wish I were told the dryer didn’t work, (then I wouldn’t have wasted time trying to figure it out) but all in all this is great comfy place and am grateful to the owner for leaving her wonderful books and art for guests to enjoy. Check out is at 10 am, which is early for most Airbnbs.

Everything about this place was great! Perfect fit for 5 people and absolutely amazing location to beach and all of Old Nice with easy access to tram for day trips to other close by towns! We would recommend this stay!

The apartment is fantastic — bright, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. It’s located in a peaceful area, but still close to everything: the port, Place du Pin, cafes, shops, and restaurants. The large windows let in lots of natural light, and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient — perfect for a comfortable stay. What really made the experience special was the host. Incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive — you can truly feel that he cares about his guests. He made sure everything was perfect and was always available if we had any questions. It felt more like visiting a friend than just renting a place. Highly recommended!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

This Airbnb was perfect. The balcony with the view of the beach in the distance was so peaceful. The bed faces the balcony so you can watch the waves crash as you lay down. The Airbnb was extremely clean and the host was very responsive. The location was EVERYTHING. Directly next to a parking garage, 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade and directly next to endless restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again! It was about a 10-15 walk to old town nice, but you cannot drive a car there anyway so it was perfect. The scooters and bikes were also located right out front, so if you don’t have a car and wanted to ride bikes it is so easy. Loved this Airbnb.

We had a fabulous stay at Damien’s apartment. The space is exactly as photographed, the location is incredible just a couple of minutes to the beach and in the heart of the old town and surrounding restaurants + easy access to public transport to get you to other areas along the coast/the airport. Damien was responsive and quick to respond and fix the AC when we needed it. Good size for a couple, for a couple of days. We’d thoroughly recommend the apartment and area.

This is probably one of the coolest places I've ever been to. I especially liked the natural light coming in from skylight. Excellent location, very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Lovely terrace with sun shade. Would recommend. I'll definetly be staying here for my next trip.

The place is as described and pictured everything is modern and updated . It is large enough for a family of four and generally a relatively larger place for what you typically find in Europe.. The floor plan is great . Has everything you need. Location is perfect . Good views . The check in and check out times are also good. The host Francois was great and responsive. Overall a great place . No complaints throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, here. The house is perfectly located at the edge of the old town, within easy walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, food markets, the beach and promenade. The living space is large and enjoys beauty views of the water and promenade. I would note that this is a house with many stairs and may not be suitable for older persons or toddlers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

Better than the pictures!! Nathalie was a fabulous host and even met us when we checked in. Very personal, very helpful! Perfect location to walk everywhere.

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

L’appartement est très bien, très agréable, décoré avec goût, il y a également une belle terrasse qui permet de prendre les repas et de profiter de la vue. L’appartement est au calme, il est très facile à se garer Laurie est très réactive si besoin.

My boyfriend and boy had some fantastic days at Jalils place. They loved the atmospher. Jalil was really sweet and helpful with flexible check out. They will recommend this place a lot. Note they had a car for driving to Cannes and Monaco.

Armelle & Alain are probably the most thoughtful and understanding hosts that we’ve had on our Europe travels!! Very accomodating & kind 😊 Great location and short walk to old town, clean bnb with great aircon. Would return to this bnb again

Rebecca was a wonderful host. She was very kind, friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the snacks and drinks she provided. The view is magical. We would book again without hesitation.

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

El apartamento es realmente precioso. Nina a puesto esfuerzo e iniciativa en muchos detalles de buen gusto para que uno se sienta como en casa desde el momento en que abre la puerta, lo cual hemos valorado mucho. La vista al puerto de Cap D'Ail desde el living y dormitorio son fabulosas. El aire fresco desde el mar es revitalizante. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario, todo es de muy alta calidad, es muy confortable, cálido y tranquilo. La playa está a solo unos minutos bajando una escalera cercana, el límite con Mónaco está a menos de 200mts. El estacionamiento es super conveniente. Hemos pasado una estancia increíble y solo deseamos volver pronto. Muchísimas gracias!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was just waht we needed! It was as described, and central located. Easily walkable to the beach, old town, and the train station! The host was very responsive with questions and made sure everything was to our liking!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very well located in the heart of Nice. Jean-Pierre was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. His instructions were clear, communication proactive, and he was very flexible with our early check-in request due to our flight schedule. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Nice. Highly recommended!
