Look no further! The Beach Cottage is beautiful, immaculate, private, and all things one would hope a vacation getaway would entail. This location feels “off the grid” albeit close to modern amenities/stores. Hope to be back soon!

Exceeded expectations can’t wait to return! Great spending time with grandkids and sharing all the local spots- Jim’s and skips dock and snug harbor diner- they are all still open from my childhood time- 70’s….

We had a great stay at Elizabeth Anne's house. It was very clean and exactly as described, had everything we could need around the house. The location is great, the peaceful sound of waves cannot be beat... I am missing it now. We will definitely consider staying there again!

John’s place in East Hampton was perfect for our MDW getaway. Beautiful property, clean and cozy cottage, and very close to restaurants and bay beaches. Great area for running. John was great and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this house. The house was immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Matthew and Celia are great hosts. We really appreciated the basket of snacks and dog cookies that were left for us and our fur babies (Thank you!). They truly thought of everything and it felt like “home” the entire time we were there. The views from the back deck are truly spectacular. We spent many hours sitting in the sunroom and out on the deck enjoying the sights. My pups enjoyed daily walks at the sea wall park that was steps from the house. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with me and my family.

This cabin was a wonderfully cozy stay for my group. One thing to note is the cabin is on a shared property with other buildings, including the sauna. The lake was beautiful and the Finnish Sauna next to the lake was a very unique touch that I'm glad we got to experience. Angela was a great host and provided clear communication on how to get to the cabin and check in/out. The cabin was compact but had all the bedding fit into it and even a bench inside. The fridge, microwave, and stovetop were all welcome additions to the cabin as well and we never had an issue with electricity. Definitely check this place out if the amenities interest you and you are passing through Connecticut.

Beautiful and spacious home. If you want to relax , this is the house to do it. Beautiful views. The house has was much larger than I expected which explained why the cleaning fee was higher than usual. Host was very nice and accommodating. The house was well supplied with amenities.

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

Allana was very easy to work with. Always answered back quickly no matter the time. Open concept and everyone was able to be together. It was a rainy stay so had to be inside. No one minded. Nicely set up for games or conversations. Thank you so much!!

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

We continue to visit Rose’s house for our yearly weekend girls getaway. It’s the perfect cozy beautiful place to catch up with friends and relax. Rose is an amazing host!

Had an excellent stay at Eileen’s place. The house was extremely clean and perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view and surroundings. Only wish I had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

Alexandra’s place was a great stay for our weekend get away. Short walk to the beach and near anything else you might need. Alexandra was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had.

Great cozy place with a lovely view of the marsh from the bedroom window. Bruce was a kind and thoughtful host, the place was very clean and easy to get in and out with clear instructions and labels on everything. Thank you !

Beautiful space, quiet neighborhood with a lot to do in nearby towns. The views from the house are stunning and our stay was really comfortable.

Truly cannot say enough amazing things about Linda and this home. The photos do NOT do justice to these views and the absolutely stunning yard and rocks out front. The porch wraps all the way around to the back - it was truly out of a storybook. And Linda was the MOST kind, communicative, and generous host I have ever chatted with - she texted us all the details we needed, was SO flexible, let us stay even later on Sunday to enjoy the house since no one was checking in that night. The check in was so easy and seamless, as was the cleanup and check out. Loved this place so much.
