This is a full apartment for guests to stay a day or a week. It has a full bath, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Coffee machine with coffee caddy. There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).

This cozy apartment is located in the Adirondacks with a huge yard to relax and enjoy the wildlife, just minutes away from Old Forge. It is within walking distance from restaurants, shopping & entertainment. We are located right on Trail 6 for your snowmobiling, hiking and biking enjoyment. It is minutes away from the Enchanted Forest Waterpark & Calypso Cove as well as the many lakes surrounding Old Forge and can be the hub for all your vacation needs.

During the summer months of July and August, Boathouse is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $1200. We offer a 5% discount on the weeks of June 22-29 and August 17-24, a 10% discount the week of August 24-31, and a 15% discount the week of August 31 - September 7.
