The simple open kitchen and living room allows plenty of space for enjoyment. The upstairs balcony offers gorgeous views of mothering cows while our backyard stone fireplace and patio have the best view of beautiful sunsets. We are located twenty minutes to Cooperstown, fifteen from Herkimer and twenty-five from Utica! A four season accommodation. .

During the summer months of July and August, Boathouse is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $1200. We offer a 5% discount on the weeks of June 22-29 and August 17-24, a 10% discount the week of August 24-31, and a 15% discount the week of August 31 - September 7.
