The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children. The old stone house, completely renovated, is located in the center of the island of Ciovo , near the town Trogir. The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Perfect housing for families, provides there rooms, one for adults with privat bathroom, other two sheeting central bathroom that have jacuzzi bath tab. Living room have big sofa facing terrace and 55 inch UHD smart TV. Full size full equipped kitchen with big table for all guests. Other dining possibilities on seaview terrace. All indor areas air-conditioned. One floor down swimming pool with shade area equipped with big garden sofa, child toys and electric bike. Nice grill area.

Klimaanlagen Außenpool ( kann von allen genutzt werden) Meerblick von allen Balkons Der Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreicht sowie Bars und auch Restaurants. Ein Geschäft ist gleich um die Ecke.
