Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Okrug

This villa is absolutely beautiful! With bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms across all 3 floors, we had a great time in our large group of 12 people - we all had our own privacy and the multiple common areas were all amazing spaces. The hosts were so lovely and happy to help with all requests, helping us book taxis, recommending restaurants and meeting us to check in and show us around. We loved this villa and area and I hope we can stay again!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad hier! De ruimte was fantastisch en precies zoals beschreven. De bedden slapen prima (neem DEET mee tegen de muggen), de badkamers zijn netjes. De keuken is ook in orde, met vaatwasser en goede koelkast, verder vrij basic. Vlakbij het appartement kun je in zee zwemmen, de kust is er prachtig. Er zijn een paar restaurantjes en een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen, een auto is wel onmisbaar. Parkeren bij het appartement was voor ons een uitdaging omdat de weg steil is.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

Odlično smo se proveli i odmorili. Apartman je iznimno čist, uredan i lijep, te je opremljen sa svime što je potrebno. Plaža je udaljena svega par minuta. Josip i Dragana cu vrlo dragi i ljubazni. Sve preporuke i pohvale! :)

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt! Die Klimaanlage ein Traum! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, perfekt! Wir genossen die reifen Feigen aus dem Garten! Der Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Es war toll, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war, denn wir hatten unseren Hund dabei! Die Kommunikation mit Vlasta und ihrem Sohn lief hervorragend, sie hat immer sehr schnell reagiert! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Very spacious and clean appartment complete with all amenities one could imagine and a large terrace to relax. The arrival instructions provided by Karla were very clear, easy to find the place. During our stay we received advice on good restaurants as well and Karla was a always available for assistance and responded fast. Short walk to the beach, the area has everything to offer for a relaxing stay and many activities.

Trotz einem sehr späten Check in von uns wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit einer klasse Terasse und klasse Gastgebern. Kommt in die Unterkunft, da werdet ihr Euch wohlfühlen und eine tolle Zeit genießen können.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick war genial. Ruhige Lage und schöner, kleiner Strand nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Ante war ein super Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Visiting Nina's place was a bullseye :) Great place and grace host like it should be ans like it was at the beginning of our journey with Airbnb. Very close to Vela Draga beach (with bar and ice creams 4€), a little be further very small and comfy Mala Draga Beach. In Uvala Mavarčica you can rent a motorboat (70HP for 160€) and visit small islands near by. Nina' place is also close to airport (closer than Split city center). From old port in Okrug Gornij you can take a boat taxi and visit Trogir. Close to apartment there is pizza (nothing special 9-12€, but you can have it in walk distance). At the apartment you can find everything what is needed including washing machine, 2x showers, great balcony with great view 👌, small kitchen, electric grill, sofa to read books, a/c, jacuzzi at ground level. You can take HDMI cable, connect to you laptop and watch anything on TV screen 😎 But what is most important is... Nina, which was very helpful. True host. Respect.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind mehr Utensilien wie Wc-Papier und Geschirrspültabs vorhanden als üblich. Eugen hat uns grosszügig durch die Gegend und zum Supermarkt gefahren. Die Schlafzimmer sind leider sehr dunkel(Wand vor den Fenstern) und das Haus von zwei grossen Kränen und Baustellen umgeben. Die Aussicht auf den Fotos ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt und der Ausblick wird teils von vorliegendem Haus verdeckt. Der kleine Steinstrand mit Beachbar ist herrlich und schattig. Er ist fussläufig, auch wenn der Weg sehr steil ist. Insgesamt mit Auto zu empfehlen, da viele wunderschöne Strände in der Gegend zu entdecken sind und nicht viel in direkter Umgebung.

We loved our stay, Nikolina is very accommodating and kind. The area is a quiet location in okrug Gornji - a small supermarket with necessities and mini bakery just 5 minute walk away, beach is close by. Taxi from Split airport doesn't take long and Nikolina booked this for us. The apartment was very clean and we were happy with all the home comforts. Rooms were clean and spacious, large dining and lounge area. Pool area is lovely; this is shared with the downstairs apartment and there were no issues. Lovely holiday!

Ubytování se nám moc líbilo. Kousek o moře. Což bylo super. Hostitel byl milí a hned na vše reagoval. Čekal na nás už venku když jsme přijeli. Jediné co pro nás bylo kapku mínus byla klimatizace. Do pokoje kde se spalo to nešlo vychladit. Ale jinak jsme si to moc užili krásné prostředí. Za nás doporučuji 😊

Mr. Vjenceslav war super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls ohne größere Mängel wie auf den Fotos anzufinden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit tollen Blick aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Great family stay in a beautiful part of Croatia. Apartment was spotless, amazing views and facilities. Would definitely return.

Famille sportive avec 2 adolescents. Avons pleinement apprécié le logement moderne de Vesna, situé sur la colline. Le quartier est calme et le logement bénéficie d’une magnifique vue sur la baie et les couchers de soleil. À 17 min en voiture de l’aéroport, ce qui est pratique. Plage accessible à pied. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Check in mit Schlüsselbox hat auch bei später Ankunft funktioniert, wenn man früher kommt zeigt die Ansprechperson vor Ort alles. Fußläufig war der Stand gut erreichbar, wenn auch die Straße recht steil war (ist dort aber meistens so). Ansonsten war die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern, außer dass die Spielküche nicht da ist und ein Schlafzimmer abgeschlossen war (vermutlich da wir mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da waren).

Fint boende men otrolig utsikt fantastiskt värd som alltid var till hjälp. Skulle starkts rekommendera till större grupper då de fanns mycket plats till alla speciellt men den stora terassen där man lätt kunnat vara tillsammans samt ta de lugnt och njuta vid poolen eller vid havet som bara är 20 meter bort

Jadrankas appartment was excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the huge balkcony is outstanding. We were there in offseason and it was so quite absolutley loved it. Jadranka was a very polite and friendly host, the day we arrived she offered us to drive as to the supermarket and on Easter she brought us cake 🫶 Thank you for the hospitality, we enjoyed it very much. And for sure come again. We rented bikes in the yard there was a bike place to lock them.
