Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Functional and affordable in unique and beautiful central Oceanside.

Stacy is a most excellent host. Her Casita is in a great location in Oceanside and is quiet but full of human life. My wife and I booked this spot as a long weekend beach getaway and we loved our experience. Just minutes from your selection of beaches and a short drive to downtown SD. The amenities are outstanding. There was even a crock pot! We found it very easy to feel at home. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in the SD area.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.
