Perfect place for a night in town. The place was cute and had everything we needed. Tiffany was helpful and friendly!

Love sand pebbles! We’ve been staying at these condos for years. They have definitely updated some amenities…. Ex: ceiling fans, extra fans in the closet, updated showers, and the property is always so clean. We love it here!

Kim’s place was the perfect little home away from home for a week. Our 7yo loved that the beach was just a short walk away, and he spent plenty of time enjoying the pool as well. There was plenty of breeze with the windows open so we didn’t miss the AC. Our only complaint was the Internet service was super spotty and slow, so even streaming videos was almost impossible. Overall, we loved our stay though and would definitely be happy to return again! The place was clean and had everything else we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay!

This location was fantastic. Everything was as described and we were so happy with our stay. As listed in the postings, the people trying to sell timeshares are VERY pushy but we had our 2 and 4 year old with us so we just remained very stern with the fact that we weren’t interested and kept walking away until they stopped. Beautiful room with a lot of walkable restaurants and so close to the beach! We loved it.

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

The host was flexible and allowed a last-minute addition to our reservation. That was helpful over a holiday weekend.

It was a decent stay, clean and accurate descriptions. The beds are nice and comfy. Only real issue was the main dining table, it was not sturdy at all and felt as if it would break down any minute. We weren't able to find a pool table, maybe we just didn't look everywhere, but instructions would have been nice. Overall was a good stay, the place was nice and comfy for a short stay.

This was such a comfortable stay ! It was quiet and peaceful. The place itself reflected the photos provided and enjoyed having an easy check in for the place. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a tranquil, peaceful, and lots to do around the area stay.

Seamless process for check in and check out. Host was very proactive with communication and responded promptly to questions. This unit was perfect walking distance from legoland for our trip. Parking was underground and easy to access. Would book again.

After our travel plans fell through, Kim saved the day by setting us up with accomodations during opening weekend at the Del Mar Racetrack. The resort was fantastic and had all the amenities we could ask for and more. Don't hesitate - just book it!

Just a little nitpicking - the resort wifi is a bit shoddy. Other than that, though, what an ideal setting for a stay in San Diego. This place is decked out with everything you need. Not only that, the location is ideal for exploring Solana Beach - great restaurants within walking distance, Cedros Design Plaza also within walking distance. Spend every morning watching the sunrise at Fletcher Cove. Airbnb's with a reasonable price are not a dime a dozen in San Diego; book this while you can. P.S. Unit #116 is particularly ideal - it's right next to the waterfall so you get to hear placid water flow sounds during your vacay innit.

Great location ! Close to stores, had a soccer, basketball court and nice pool my kids enjoyed ( very kid friendly ) . The building was older than expected but still nice! Massah was an amazing host ! Answered questions fast and was very accommodating.

The place was even nicer than i thought based on the pictures. Very large and spacious, fit me, my parents, and my brother and his wife and kids comfortably (theres 2 Queen beds, 1 king, and 1 pull out bed (queen sized) in the couch. The resort had plenty to offer with activities for kids as well as hot tubs and heated pools so we could still go for a swim on some of the chilly days. Overall well worth the price paid (I'd say it's probably worth even more and Barrett gives a generous deal).
