Apartment holiday rentals in Oceanside

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

We didn’t want to leave. This host is extremely thoughtful with all that you could use on vacation. My husband and my 15month old accompanied me on this adventure to the beach. Just a few blocks away we loaded up our wagon and just enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities around. Besides being the perfect location, this Airbnb was well stocked including a High chair and pack n play for the baby. No clutter around other than a few tasteful decorations we were able to put up so baby couldn’t reach them. The cleaners have done an amazing job at every inch of the home, to the extent that I felt comfortable with my infant roaming around. We will be saving this booking for future use because it was beyond my favorite place to stay. As per the host, they are responsive kind and understanding. Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Aubrey was an outstanding host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I arrived in California earlier than expected, she graciously made arrangements for me to check in before the scheduled time, which was a thoughtful touch that made my trip even smoother. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, with plenty of great eateries nearby. It was wonderful to have a hot tub available for relaxation, and parking on the premises made everything so convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay with a host who truly cares about their guests! I loved the apartment so much I wanted to write a review the second day. If I’m ever back to Oceanview, CA, this apartment will always be first choice. Thanks Aubrey

We loved the Surf and Sand Bungalow! It was perfect for our needs with a sofa and kitchenette. Great location near Windansea Beach and within walking distance to Birdrock.

We loved this place. Justin was very responsive and the place was furnished with new furnishings. It is just steps to the beach which is amazing and plenty of restaurants and 7-11 nearby. You’re close to the 5 freeway to get to Legoland and the 78 to get to the mall. It is also a 50 minute walk to the pier. Our dog also met a lot of other furry friends during our walks on this trip too which was an added bonus.

My family and myself enjoyed our stay, the home was very wheelchair accessible which was our number 1 must have. The home is beautiful and spacious, very clean. The locals are friendly but closer to the pier there’s definitely some homeless people although we felt safe the entire time since there’s a police station right under the pier. Definitely exactly as pictured, walking the Strand was our favorite activity during the morning, noon and night. The fire pit upfront was nice for us to make s’mores, the grill outback we used and got the job done but seems like it can use some maintenance since the beach elements seem to be making it fall apart. We did have one small pet with us, which we were aware of the beach rules regarding dogs before hand. There’s still plenty of dogs around just be aware that dogs are not allowed on the sand or the boardwalk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this location again.

This was my first experience with an airbnb. it was absolutely awesome. Massah's place is great. I would definitely 100% book again if I'm every in Oceanside again. thank you for creating a space fit for my little family.

Awesome little Beach hideaway in the heart of San Clemente. Everything we needed was there. Easy walking distance to the Ocean, Beaches and great restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to Return again in the future.

Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

Petrina’s place was very adequate, accommodations were as described. The location of the home is very quiet and peaceful, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. We were grateful for the fans in each room and for the fully stocked kitchenette.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

Unbeatable location - Museum of Contemporary Art and the Cove are both within waking distance. The place is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot despite being so close to the cafes, shops and major attractions. Would recommend staying here if solo traveling or in group of 2.

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

Cindy’s place was an amazing home base for our weekend and Ironman race! Loved being able to walk to coffee, dinner, the beach. And it is right next to transition if you are here for the Ironman. The place was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and Cindy is an awesome host.

Place was very nice and worked well for us. Definitely keeping in mind for future visits.

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

Location is the best about 150 yds from ocean and 100 yds to small supermarket and eating places. Cy is the most diligent host we have encountered. Lives on site and constantly making small, useful improvements

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Natalie’s place is just perfect . It is updated with nice furnishings, great patio to look onto the rail trail and have your coffee or listen to the tree frogs at night. The bed was very comfortable . The kitchen is well stocked . The whole place was very clean and rooms are big and airy. Walk right down the creek trail 8 mins to Doheny Beach and park . Doheny Cafe is the with great fish tacos , breakfast and lunch and a bar for happy hour. There is always live entertainment there . Walk out to the jetty and watch the seals play in the water. All just a quick walk from the air bnb . Walk the other way to Capistrano beach which leads your to San Clemente . Natalie is very responsive to every question. Easy check in . Don’t miss this great spot !

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !
