Roadrunner Ranch was a magical place to stay. Great communication from Rob and a lovely home that matched the description. We were not disappointed.

This is one of the most well thought out homes I’ve ever stayed at globally. The home is stunning and so well designed, even more beautiful than the photos. We loved how the pool was next to the master bedroom. This home has everything you need and more. Would love to stay agin!

This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

This house was great for our whole family from Missouri to stay in for a couple weeks. The neighborhood was nice just off Mission and close to the beach. We definitely took advantage of that. Also very easy from the house to get to freeways to do tourist stuff. The house is made for at least 6 guests. Everyone had space and we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen is easy to work in and has everything one would need to cook a meal. Out back has a pool and areas we all sat to talk and commune. We especially loved the fire pit on the chilly mornings and evenings! On housekeeping, we made use of the washer and dryer. They had a great supply of towels for everyone! We really had a wonderful experience and will definitely reach out for future visits!

Jimmy and hosts helped our family after air bnb cancelled a super host for compliance issues , last minute. We messaged and shared our concern about being cancelled again and they nice enough to everything they could to make sure the house was ready for the group. Upstairs is perfect for large groups, ,mainly families with kids to enjoy properly. (Carpet upstairs so its easy to have the kids and adults leave shoes at staircase) Downstairs has a great kitchen and huge dining table that we used to play family games. Outside the pool is a good size for a group and being a local family we do suggest heating the pool as the coastline can cool the pool overnight quickly, of course when its hot and summer you should be fine, but in June we found the gloom but the pool was heated and the kids didn't stop enjoying, Thanks

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

This place was absolutely beautiful! My kids and family had so much fun cooking and hanging out in the backyard. Everything was clean and close to a bunch of places. This house definitely will be a place to remember for us.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and hosts were had good communication. Parking was readily available out front and check in and out was very easy.

Patrick and Sara‘s Home in Oceanside is an amazing place. The presentation and the pictures shows at least not the full potential of the site. Entrance was perfect, all well prepared. Kitchen perfectly equiped. Many towels, washing machine, bar, pool, grill, BBQ, perfectly in shape and Sara was many times just asking if all is great. It is for sure not cheap but it’s worse. I recently stayed at this beach house, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the stunning ocean views. The house itself was immaculate, nicely decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially loved the deck where my family and I enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The bedrooms were also cozy and comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like coffee, snacks, and beach towels provided for our use. Casago management is also very responsive!

Incredible spot! We got multiple folks walking past us commenting on what a stellar place it was. We’ll be back!

This is a great House. Location is perfect from restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the beach. Home was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, Had all the amenities that you needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

10 and her partner were great at hosting us while we stayed in Carlsbad we enjoyed the view the walk to the beach the game room they went above and beyond by getting my child some snacks and a pizza so it would be there when we arrived this was amazing which was amazing when traveling with kids will be back to stay

Had the BEST time at chestnut by the Sea. The house is so well thought out the beds are incredibly comfortable, everything is exactly like the pics. We used every space and felt right at home. Having the sauna and hot tub makes you feel like you’re at a resort. Also the out door kitchen and fire pit were a perfect place to hang at sunset into the evening. This was a girls trip, but I would absolutely go back with my family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The pictures don’t do it justice!! We were amazed when we walked in and reluctant to leave. Bethany’s place is a little slice of paradise! The pool and backyard are huge, much bigger than we expected, and the inside is eclectic, warm and welcoming (not to mention pristinely clean and stocked with supplies and amenities). While we encountered an issue with the hot tub during our stay, Bethany was more than proactive, communicative and helpful and arranged for it to be fixed before we left, on top of giving us a partial refund for the trouble. Thank you for being such a gracious and accommodating host. We were thrilled to stay here and will definitely be back! :)

This place was immaculate, beautiful beach home, walking distance to beach felt like I was at home!

The place was great, along with the wonderful location and great communications. We only had a few issues, had to switch the breakers to get the living room stuff along with wifi working, the discolored bath tub, the mold stained washing machine and the sticky kitchen floor. Those were only minor things (which we discussed with the co-host/maid/Nadia) to the great stay we had! Thank you Melisa and Nadia!! Will stay here again!!!
