Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oceanside

Alexander's place was the perfect California get away for our family vacation! The location was awesome just a short walk from the beach. The backyard was so big for California and great for our dogs. It had a lot of seating and a hot tub which was perfect! Alexander was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a train right behind the Airbnb that used it's horn loudly multiple times a day and until about 11 which was very clearly listed in the listing but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. We had no issues with the train.

Great location, close to the areas we planned on spending time. Home was perfect for our needs, ever was as pictured and describe. Home was very comfortable and extremely clean, we felt at home during our stay. Very responsive host who took great care insuring we didn’t encounter any issues. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others and plan on booking again in the future. Thank you, Meghan!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfect for our big family — very spacious, comfortable, and incredibly pet-friendly! The location was great too — conveniently close to both San Diego and Oceanside. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

The house was fantastic. It felt felt inviting and comfortable. The house was well outfitted with everything we could have needed for a nice stay. Sarah's clear and organized communication made every step of the stay easy.

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

First and foremost, the host, Zeina was not only provided detailed instructions, answered any questions with utmost speed, but was an absolute pleasure to correspond with and was more than accommodating. The house was perfect, not just for location, but felt at home and provided everything needed. Made the trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean beautiful home. Enjoyed parking in the garage. Lovely kitchen stocked well for preparing meals. The high chair truly blessed our family.

We stayed at Teri's house in Oceanside with friends of ours, it was 4 adults and 6 kids in total. The house is so spacious that we all had our own private spaces as well as areas for adults and kids to hang separately. The kitchen was well stocked and upgraded. the master bathroom was to die for right alongside the amazing views from the patios. My absolute favorite part though was the bed. the firmness was perfect, the pillows were amazing, and the linens were the best I have ever slept on. I would absolutely stay at this house again.

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Place was wonderful. Check in was ok. Directions was confusing around the place and map was not to helpful at all. Steven was great w/ communication.

We loved our stay at Casita Clemente! Barbara provided us with many snacks and recommendations for our short time, and the Airbnb was well stocked with everything we needed (including coffee). Her instructions are detailed and clear as well. As an added bonus, the beach and pier truly are a 5 minute walk away! Just a note that those who have allergies to dust should bring your own fans for sleeping at night! We had planned to use the many fans Barbara provided but couldn’t because they were a bit dusty. But if that’s not a problem for you, you should be good!

I needed a place in San Clemente while getting some wellness treatments, and this was the ideal location. Clean, quiet, modern, everything you could imagine. I was at the end of a long trip, so I did laundry, used the grill outdoors, and, despite the temptation of the many good restaurants, mostly cooked at ‘home’. It’s a 6 minute walk to the beach, and it’s located right on the Main Street of San Clemente downtown. The hosts were great, super welcoming and responsive. I can’t wait to come back.

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

This location was amazing. Beautiful property and views. The host was amazing and responded immediately to anything and everything we had questions about. Could not have asked for a better experience. 100% would recommend.

Elegant chill centrally located accommodation in Heart of Encinitas near Swami’s, village area, Coaster train, etc. Spectacular views. Comfy furniture. Thoughtful decor. Felt very safe.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was gorgeous—even more spacious than the photos show. It’s much closer to the beach than we expected, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure magic. The location is perfect—walking distance to great coffee spots and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic with communication, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

Highly recommend if you’re in town ! Beautiful home with an amazing back yard and a grill if you like to bbq a perfect get away for the family or even just yourself definitely a place I’ll be going back to host where supper friendly and fast with replying and made sure i had everything i needed for the stay

Loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a large group and nice to have a pool/pool table for entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Denise was a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. Will be booking here again if we are back in the area!

The villa on the hill is a hidden gem that I would gladly go back to. The views were breathtaking from just about any spot on the property. One of my favorite parts about the whole villa stay was sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set in the evening. The villa itself was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. The owners keep it very clean and stocked with cooking utensils if needed. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Southern California, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay.

I can’t get over how beautiful and spacious this home was. We booked this for our wedding weekend for our bridal party and it was one of the best decisions we made to make our wedding weekend incredible. Every room was enormous, the beds were SO comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. The only thing I will say is if you are a calling an uber, make sure to give the exact instructions Skip provides to find the location. If arriving at night, make sure to read every instruction but Skip was great in providing so many details to help us find the place. Overall highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with friends and family.
