We had a pleasant stay, our host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from when we arrived. The property met our expectations and Ignat was very easy to talk to if there was any situation. The neighborhood is very safe and it was a nice community walk around the area. Additionally, the picture on the list look exactly how the airbnb on the listing, The only thing we couldn't have access was the pool and the gym, which Ignat was very patient with us and explain the situation. Overall we definitely enjoy our stay and and definitely recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again

Property is farther from the center of San Diego – to reach it by public transportation takes about 1,5 hours, by car 15-20 minutes. There is no kitchen, but in the sleeping room is fridge, microwave, cutlery and some dish – enough to prepare breakfast. Rooms have thinner walls so you can hear neighbors in the house but it was not so noisy. The location is safe, quiet. Nearest shop is few minutes’ walk, bigger supermarket ALDI – ca 15-20 minutes’ walk. It’s good price for value. They have cute, friendly dog :-)
