Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ocean City

This was the best located place we've ever stayed for a vacation. We have 3 boys (7, 5, 9 months) and were able to park our car for the week. Our kids had no issues walking everywhere. It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, OC Waterpark, shops and restaurants on Asbury, a public playground across from Acme, and an eyeshot from an Açaí bowl, ice cream, and coffee/sandwich shops. Directly Kitty-cornered is a park with green space and winding sidewalks that our kids rode scooters on and played sports at. There was plenty of space inside for our family of 5 and it came stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear. It was also amazing to relax out on the porch after the kids went to bed. We all agreed this is the best vacation we've had and a huge part of that was because of this place and its location. We hope to be able to rent it again for future vacations! Tim was an amazing host. He responded within five minutes to my questions before I even booked his place. He was both professional and personable. Tim’s home was in a perfect spot to all both OC and Somers Point has to offer. The home was wonderful and cozy and decorated in a nice beach theme. Beach chairs and tons of towels were provided! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfy. I would Highly recommend Tim as a host!!

We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Ken was a great communicator and respectful need to any questions very quickly. Very clear instructions throughout. Thanks Ken!

Eman was very quick to respond to any questions we had, the place was very clean, we were close to the beach & boardwalk. This was our first time to Ocean City New Jersey, & we definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

Beautiful house in a great location, very comfortable for my family of 7, we loved the portico out back. Convenient to Washington Street Mall and USCG base for graduation. Host was very responsive.

House was beautiful, comfortable with plenty of space for everybody! Also, close location to boardwalk and beach! Would be great if there was a crockpot, and a few deep dish lasagna pans, muffin pan and some pyrex big pans to cook in for large groups.

We stayed here for a mini vacation. We had Two adults, two kids and a new born! The place wasn’t super big but it suited our needs for the price and was extremely convenient! Grocery store is right around the corner and easy drive to the beach. We purchased a small grill to use outside and enjoyed our stay! Thank you for this peaceful weekend.

Very nice place that's close to beach and boardwalk and also to shops and restaurants off the boardwalk. Stef and Keith make you feel very welcomed into their place.

Helen was kind and extremely accommodating. Her place is in the heart of Ocean City and walking distance to whatever you need. And what a magical garden!

A great place to stay! The rooms and restrooms were clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything is walking distance. Would recommend and would come back.

The apartment was great for my little 3 day trip. It was in a great location which was a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and even had a beautiful view of the ferris wheel at night. it was close to everything and it was the perfect place to stay. Jody was also very friendly and fast with any questions i had. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location with easy and quick access to the boardwalk! George was very responsive and helpful, especially as we were new to the area. He made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

My boyfriend and I had a great weekend stay at Michele's place! It was perfect for a couple and the location was great. Michele was very responsive and check-in and check-out were easy and seamless.

Heather's place was beyond my expectations! The location was perfect! A block from the beach & a direct path. It was absolutely spotless! The amenities were like no other place I've stayed before, even down to the little candy jar for when the chocolate craving kicked in. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This is a great find. We stayed with young kids and everyone loved it. The place was immaculate it’s 2 short blocks to the beach and there are a few stores including a bakery, surf shop and sandwich shop within walking distance. Short drive to the boardwalk. Joe was incredibly responsive. Great stay!

Anna and Kris were very responsive before and during our stay! They were friendly at all times and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure that everything was up to our satisfaction! The location being right on Asbury was perfect since we were there for the spring block party. Beach is walkable, but probably a better bike ride or to just go and park closer. The place was pretty easy to find and was exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and we felt right at home for our stay!

Place was exactly as described. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Lots of fresh towels. Happy we didn’t have to bring our own beach chairs. Great location, quick walk to the beach. We stayed during the Memorial Day weekend so street parking was a little difficult to find - once you find a spot near by it’s probably best not to move your car or you might have to park a few blocks down. Other than that it was a perfect place for a quick get away.

This condo is always our first choice whenever we are booking our OCNJ trip each year. It’s always super clean and has everything we need for a wonderful weeklong stay. We can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Steve and Beth. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Rebecca was very nice and helpful. It was perfect for what my boyfriend and I were looking for just a 2 night stay. I had messaged her a week before my stay and wanted to see if there was anything extra I needed to bring but she had everything there for me and I did not need to supply anything. She responded to my messages very fast and was always accepting questions. Place was very clean. The location was a little sketchy at first, looks like a motel strip. But very very convenient to be near the beach and less than a 3 min walk to get onto the boardwalk. Place across the room was abandoned and the neighbors were loud, but nothing to do with Rebecca. She takes great care of her place. Would definitely book again!

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!
