This home is truly feels like a home away from home, anything you can think of, Ahladins got it covered. The space matches all the photos and I find it to be even more beautiful and cozy in person. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to all major highways and local restaurants and shops. I have already booked my next stay here and look forward to future ones as well. Highly recommend, you will not regret!

Love this place. It was cozy clean and comfortable. Love that it had a lounge area in the first floor with easy access to the swimming pool. Everything there was clean and peaceful as well. Family friendly was a plus! Definitely will go again and recommend!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

Lynda was an outstanding host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The apartment was excellent: modern, impeccably clean, safe, and perfectly located near pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and major highways. Highly recommend staying there!

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

We thought that Marcos’s AirBnB was fantastic. It was a large beautiful, spacious apartment set in a wonderful village community in the countryside and only about 3 miles from the city. We had everything we needed in the apartment and also had access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. Outside in the village there were a few bars, cafe’s, restaurants and shops. Also the communication with Marcos was first class, receiving prompt and clear instructions about how to get into the property. We also thought that the apartment was excellent value for money and we would recommend anyone who needs to stay in Gainesville to check Marcos’s apartment out.

Very quiet little place. It was super clean. The pics show a lot of the St. Johns river, but this is not waterfront. There is a place very close (1.5 miles) called Renegades with a working boat ramp, great restaurant, marina, and live music.

Great stay! The condo location next to UF was perfect for my work trip. Margaret was a great host and the condo was well stocked with all the amenities. I would definitely stay again!

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

The apartment was very nice with a screened in balcony. It had all of the conveniences expected for a comfortable stay. The location was great because it was near plenty of restaurants and shopping, and close to the freeway and the Parks which makes it great for vacationers. The host was very responsive to questions and was pleasant to work with. One thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators. Otherwise, it was a great choice!

It was an excellent stay that exceeded expectations both the Airbnb and the location - I will definitely be staying again.

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area

Scott's home is really an idyllic getaway - comfortable, clean, and lots of extras that you don't typically find in air B&Bs. Like bikes, kayaks, and a downstairs gym with ping pong, darts, foosball and air hockey! We really enjoyed our stay - loved relaxing by the pool, beds were comfortable, neighbors (and their pup Finley) were very friendly, and the location is a great spot to travel north or south to explore. We had a wonderful dinner at Brian's place. Only downside is that the beaches we tried to visit were closed, probably due to hurricane damage. Highly recommending staying with Scott - he's a very responsive host and his home is truly a gem!

Excellent house. I come to the area once a year to visit family, has been one of the better experiences. House well decorated and cozy. Made plenty use of the heated pool. Chris was ready to help out thru whole process. Would definitely book again.

Franks place was perfect, quiet, and peaceful spot. Had plenty of variety of activities to do. Wasn’t too far from town at all. Highly recommend this place for any vacation or just to get away

The pictures didn’t do the house justice. The house was more beautiful than the pictures. The home was absolutely stunning. It’s well stocked with supplies. My biggest fear is going into a home that’s not clean. This house was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away from home. I loved the pool very clean, I usually don’t get in the pool at Airbnbs because it’s not clean enough for me. Thank you again for everything Trina

Lovely 2 bedroom home close to the Town Center, pool, recreation Center and golf courses. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Will is a great host. If you have dogs just be aware there are big dogs next door that don’t seem too friendly! I did not feel comfortable letting my dogs off the leash with a mesh fence between the two properties!

Great stay here for the WEC circuit!

Not enough space here to sing the praises for Chris (and her husband), their helpful friendly ways, or the beauty and details throughout their home. Spacious and spotless with lots of room, with more amenities than I have in my own house! I loved having the Maytag washer and dryer available too! Went home with all clean clothes and no laundry to do once I got home. Upon arrival and easy entry, I found healthy snacks in the fridge along with waters, and even a few cold beers too until I could take the golf cart to the store next day. The next morning I found the Keurig coffee maker was exactly like mine, and was ready to go! The fresh coffee was enhanced by the fragrance of a fresh carnation on the breakfast table - mmmm! I loved the screened in porch with lots of comfy seating for evening sunsets, and reading the morning newspaper. The spacious shower and a comfortable bed made for great sleeping, and although the huge walk-in closet was more than I needed, ladies would love it!
