We had a great weekend getaway! The river was gorgeous! Kayaks were a huge plus! We saw manatees right from the dock. Great location. Good restaurants close by. Enjoyed the coffee provided on the porch in the mornings. Very peaceful. Very clean. Would definitely stay again😊

Beautiful house with a picture perfect view of Lake Weir as soon as you walk in the front door. We loved the amazing natural light along with high ceilings, nice open layout, and split bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Luisa is a very responsive and accommodating host. Will definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with the house, the pool area was a great addition for the kids, the landscaping and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect week!!!!!

Patty was great! The house had everything you could need and more, everything in the kitchen was well labeled and the house was extremely large and functional. We were there for a funeral service, as it was not a vacation so our experience was a little bit more limited. Patty was wonderful and extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive to any questions/issues that we encountered.

Can’t wait to be back! My girlfriend and I had a great time staying there!

I had been in contact with Christine just prior to our visit and always received quick responses. Bill helped me with an electrical panel issue quickly which I may have caused, lol. The breeze was pleasant and the deck offers adequate space to separate from the group for a call or text. My granddaughter and I canoed and that was lots of fun .

Very nice home. The area was great with restaurants nearby, amazing screened pool to relax and great spot for kayaking on the canals. Very quite area. The home was spacious and anything we needed was provided. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with more than enough beds. The pool was beautiful and my granddaughters loved it. I used 2 kayaks but there were 3 others there. I did not use the grill but it was clean and ready to go if wanted. I used to live in Hernando Beach North so I was familiar with the area. I will stay here again in the future.

The home was perfect for our family visiting from Michigan. loved the pool,asked for it to be heated and they came over n turned it on for us. nice water views, did some kayaking. Clean,comfy beds, and nice towels. already thinking about coming back next year.

I was greeted by Rocky & Hailey and their four legged fur babies. I was treated very kind , made to feel welcomed & at home. My two fur babies also felt welcomed. I enjoyed my stay, the after the first booking, I extended my stay for a few more extra days.

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful coastal house! The place was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the views were absolutely stunning. The pool was a huge bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. This house was beautiful!! Looks just like the pictures. Very peaceful and quiet with great views. My husband was able to fish while keeping an eye on my kids swimming in the pool while I watched from the second floor balcony. Saw dolphins swimming by. Caught sea trouts, mangrove snappers and other fishes. Will definitely book again for a relaxing trip in the future.

Beautiful stay for the price

The house was so nice looked just like the pictures on the website! We loved that it was near everything the dock was easy to use our kids loved being able to just get on the boat and go to the flats and see the sunset! Very clean and organized we loved it and would stay there again ❤️

Great little spot to get away and enjoy the outdoors. The house is set up cute with everything you need, but the outdoor spaces were the true stunners. There are several spots to sit outside and enjoy the water. Really nice long weekend spent here with my boyfriend and dog. We sat on the dock overlooking the water most of the trip. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The town is really cute, true Florida feel, with great restaurants full of kind people. I would recommend!!

Dave was always responsive and helpful. He gave local recommendations and even went to his home and got us some bug spray when we arrived. The mosquitos were bad after the rain. My husband and I took our kayaks and put in the canal and paddled out to the bay. Such a beautiful peaceful place. The island outpost and backwater fins are super close with great food and friendly staff. Dave's place has all the things you need, nothing fancy but quiet and quaint. Just make sure that you get good bugs spray. The mosquitoes are terrible at times!!

I can’t stress enough how amazing this property is!!! Beautiful house, incredibly well equipped for everything you can think of!, spotless clean everywhere. We were quite a diverse group age wise (5yo, 13 yo, 35-37-49-59yo) and there was something for everyone to have fun! It really is an amazing place to relax and also get involved in fun outdoors activities. Super peaceful and private too. Short drive to the shops. Absolutely recommend.

Great weekend getaway for my husband and myself. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, enjoying the sun and fishing. The kayaks were a huge plus. The house is beautifully decorated and everything we possibly needed was supplied. Will definitely be back.
