The spacious kitchen with a gas range is completely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and spices to make delicious meals. Enjoy grilling on the back deck while watching beautiful sunsets. Ping pong matches can be enjoyed downstairs. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach wagon and toys are provided. Parking on premises. The pool deck has lounge chairs and a fire pit.

The Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk away with a crosswalk for safety. The house has a new deck for sunbathing, outdoor shower, full kitchen, etc. Separate downstairs space efficiency space sleeps 3 and only for upstairs guests for an additional charge. Only shared space is the laundry room.

The fenced yard and patio are perfect to relax or wave watching. The beach is a short walk away. Fishing and surfing are very good here as well. Bring your boards, fishing rods, kids or pets and enjoy! This cottage also has lots parking. 4 cars or a full-size RV.
