Very clean. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed watching the horses and the guinea hens.

Griffin Ranch is delightful. Everything is vintage so don't expect the Hilton. The vintage feel makes the ranch peaceful and easy to claim as your home while you're on the road. Hosts Carl and Terry are simply wonderful folks and offer their assistance to ensure your stay is pleasurable. The grounds include vintage cabins and friendly horses and cats to greet you! I will surely return as a guest when I visit the Ocala area again! Thank you!!

Shirley and Vance were absolutely fantastic to work with. Responsive, helpful, and just plain friendly! The camper was just as described - comfortable, clean, and very convenient when showing at WEC. Will book again!

WOW!! We was In Orlando for a cheer comp and needed to stay an extra night and I found this place. I really got it kinda as a joke on my kids, the joke was on me. This is a beautiful place. So much to do and see, and SO peaceful.The people that live in the community are very friendly. My kids loved it. It is so peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be renting here again in the future to be able to enjoy all the things there are to do. It was me and my 3 kids there.

I loved the ranch and first time to use Airbnb services but this place is wonderful. I would most definitely do it again and it's just so peaceful.

My family and I absolutely loved the stay at Jessica’s modern tiny home. From booking to check in and check out, everything was easy and the communication was great. The home is super comfy, modern, and has above and beyond features. Will be recommending to all of my family and friends who visit the area routinely.

Nice quiet stay with plenty of room. Camper was clean and everything worked like advertised.

Convenient location and exactly as described. Spacious and clean. Has full kitchen and surprisingly spacious bathroom and shower. The TV and couch are comfortable. AC is a nice amenity but quite loud when running.

the place is so gorgeous and peaceful. I loved kayaking in the river it was so much fun and swimming. this is our second time coming here. we came here in 2024 in August. then it came in 2025 in April. tell you one thing in April it was still gorgeous much much more. we can't wait for next year

Close to pool and loved having a golf cart will stay there again

Luxurious RV parked in a gorgeous setting on 1000 acres of pristine land. Miles of hiking right outside your door and a hot tub to soak in after a long day. Our dogs were in heaven. Our host Beau was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs. Truly a magical escape.

We were looking for an escape from urban life in St Pete and we found this place was exactly what we needed. The camper is on the rustic side, tight quarters but we were there to enjoy the outdoors. The bed was so comfortable....best night's sleep we've had in a long time! There are other campsites but you're tucked away in a private spot. The hot shower was the best! Beautiful location & great hosts make this a place we would gladly return to.

My husband and I stayed for Memorial weekend and we are so happy we chose Pierce and Chad's RV! It was very clean, stocked and the property was beautiful and peaceful! We were lucky enough to see some deer while walking the property. I was worried about the mosquitos so we came prepared with mosquito repellent, etc. We didn't even have to use any of our stuff we brought with us because the tiki torches were lit up through out the property and we weren't bit once! They were so kind enough to leave us a goodie basket that had homemade bread, duck eggs, bananas, and apples - this was so sweet and thoughtful!! We're so happy we found this hidden gem. We can't wait to come back!!!

We just needed a place to sleep on the way further down in Florida and this place definitely fit the bill. We really only slept, charged devices and showered so we didn’t spend too much time or utilize anything else in the camper. The check in instructions were clear which really helped as it was after dark when we arrived. There seemed to be ample outlets for charging our phones/iPads. I’m tall, 6 foot 5 so my feet overhung the bed a little and my head brushed the ceiling in the shower but I expect those sorts of things due to my height. Other than the shower I had sufficient headroom elsewhere in the unit. I’d stay here again if we had a similar need in future.

Anita was very very nice and responsive. The place is beautiful. Very organized and clean. Anita let us feed the chickens. They are super friendly. It’s very peaceful and close to Alexander Springs. Great location!! Thank you Anita for the fresh and yummy eggs

My family and I liked the accommodation, easy access following the host information, clean and comfortable RV, it was two very pleasant nights.

This place was awesome!!!! Seriously worth it. Everything was even nicer than the photos. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the thoughtful touches, and the lovely amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, outdoor shower, hot tub, fireplace, hammock, outdoor sitting space and grill very much. There was a lovely breakfast beverage bar and the garden even had dill that we used for our fish dinner. The space felt very private, but if you want to go for a walk the neighborhood is incredibly friendly. Just a 20 minute kayak to the gorgeous crystal water of Weeki Watchi springs. We will be back and can’t wait to stay again!

Peter is a great host, friendly and accompanying. I loved the RV experience while stopping in Orlando for a day. The restroom was a bit tiny and the fridge didn't have a working freezer, but AC was working, Microwave is good and kitchen utensils are available. The bed was comfortable and the place didn't feel tiny. Definitely recommend for short visits.
