Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ocala

This house was a dream! We came to visit family and it was the best house we’ve ever stayed in! We loved the puzzles, games and the huge yard to relax in. We would LOVE to come back here every time we come visit my family. The small touches with Bigfoot were an added plus for me! We felt right at home as soon as we came in. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. So many beaches within an hour drive as well. Everything was perfect we didn’t want to leave

We booked at “Invitation Only” while in town for a horse show at WEC. It was a wonderful place to retreat back to during the show being our home away from home. The surroundings are peaceful, nestled in a quiet equestrian neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing breakfast and dinners outdoors on the patio. The fenced in backyard was very pleasurable for our pup.

Cindy was so helpful! She even had a brand new high chair and pack n play delivered within the hour of us communicating to her! We appreciated how quickly she responded to any of our questions. The place was very clean!

Awesome place to stay!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The decoration and distribution of the areas is very beautiful and you can tell that it is well thought out. It has all the utensils you may need in the kitchen. The check-in was easy and everything was very clean. The pool is large and the view of the lake gives it a plus. The lakeside area is excellent for relaxing. The grill was in excellent condition. If you are looking for tranquillity, connecting with nature and spending a good weekend with your family is the perfect place. Pinay was a very good hostess, we would definitely come back.

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rebecca and Gary were great hosts and had everything set up for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

First, Robb was a fantastic host. Helpful in the usual way (with access and information), yet he was so great when we needed some assistance. We had a few questions, which he answered so quickly I was amazed. We also had a snag or two. Robb actually came over to help. He was an awesome host. The place was remarkable. Better than the description. It was very well decorated and very welcoming. It was extremely clean and well kept. Amenities galore. It had supplies we didn't even know we needed. The kitchen had every dish or pan, so preparing meals was a breeze. The outdoor pool was wonderful. It also had everything you needed (noodles, sun screen, towels, etc.). We were there for our son's wedding. It was busy, busy, busy. Coming back to the Airbnb and getting in the pool was so relaxing. If we visit Ocala, FL again, we hope Cleopatra's Sunset is available for our stay.

I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

Beautiful place! The location was lovely as well, right next to the lake and park with restaurants nearby.

Positive Review We stayed in the Hodge’s Suite for a month, and it was a great experience. Cindy, who takes care of the guests, was amazing with us — always willing to help. The room is beautiful, with a good bed and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the area around the house is very nice. It’s super close to Depot Park, the clock square, and the library! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the experience. The only downside is the acoustics: unfortunately, if the guest upstairs walked heavily, we could hear it downstairs. But it’s definitely not something that would make me take points off the room. Highly recommend!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice historical home to stay in. Felt like I was stepping back into time in a very comfortable setting. It’s very close and convenient to all the happenings down in Mt Dora and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at Peter and Lisa’s home.

It was the perfect place for me to enjoy a golf trip! Clean and quiet and close to good restaurants and golf courses!

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb! So clean and cozy and in a perfect location. I love how spacious it is and really enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony. I would love to stay again during future visits!!

The home was a great spot in Central Orlando that avoided the Disney traffic. It was well appointed and comfortably accommodated our family. Great spaces for everyone to be together. Lots of dining and shopping by Millennia Mall. We did reach out to the homeowner during our stay for some help and he was responsive to us. Great host. Will stay here again.

This place was so beautiful. The host was very friendly and very helpful. Had no issue of checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again. It’s worth it. Also, I loved that they have history of the house that is over 100 years old!!! I’m so happy that I got to stay there and my family enjoyed it as well.

Felt right at home. We stayed during Christmas and upon entering mini lit Christmas tree greeted us and a “fire” on the tv. Was a delight after a long road trip. Thank you Linda!!!

Great stay with plenty of comfortable accommodations. The host was responsive and friendly

Although only 20 minutes from the UF stadium, you feel you are almost in the country because the air is fresh, it is extremely peaceful, safe and not congested like Gainesville is closer towards UF. There is actually a breeze that comes across the massive backyard that has a lined inground pool! The house is a cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It is very clean. The hosts are extremely responsive and let me check-in two hours early. I marked down only the cost but to be fair …I was there graduation weekend for UF and literally every Airbnb and every hotel was extremely overpriced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable!
