Very courteous and responsive host, and the place was just as described in photos. I have no complaints, it was very good.

We flat right at home, the flat is in a quite residential area and the metro is around 6-7mins walk. Overall great experience, I will definitely return on my next visit to Munich in 2026

It was a really nice stay! Despite the somewhat cramped spaces, the apartment is very comfortable, very clean and well cared for. The outdoor area is a small gem that adds additional comfort. The setting is beautiful, in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery. The train station is conveniently located, allowing you to reach the city center in no time. Eva was always very nice, providing us with all the necessary information to enjoy the apartment. Self check-in then allows you to have extreme flexibility of schedules, without particular constraints. Recommended!! Thank you so much Eva, super host 💖

Great place in Munich that is close to the central train station

The stay with Josef was only very short for us. Basically, we were only there to sleep. Nevertheless, we can say that the apartment made a very good impression on us and we spontaneously said: we would like to stay here longer. Particularly noteworthy is the good communication in advance: Josef, even from vacation, always answered questions quickly. Since he knew that we were coming from a bike ride, he actively offered to dry our laundry. This was very attentive. Everything's great!

I lived in Kimy's apartment for 2 1/2 months during an internship and really enjoyed my time! Kimy was a great and thoughtful host who was always quick to respond to my questions and was extremely accommodating in every way. The apartment itself was also great - quiet location with great connection to the city center.

A nice, affordable accommodation, relatively close to the old town. Very quiet location, close to the Arrabellapark subway station and right next to the park. The photos correspond to reality. It was clean and the shower was pleasant. Yes, the dishes, especially the cutlery in the kitchen, could have been a little cleaner and you should know that you can't cook 3 courses in the kitchen, for us and the most necessary for breakfast it was enough. We were just missing a toaster.

Christiane’s place is beyond great! It’s an amazing location, the place is neatly decorated and clean! They were so friendly and nice! Amazing people to be around, she was extremely helpful about what to do and where to go! I’m looking forward to come back! If you ever go to Munich this is the place to stay! We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

Giselle's house is in an area of residential Munich, well served and well connected to the center. Spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was like being at home, with everything you need especially if you are traveling with small children. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality.

We had a great stay at Hans' Airbnb! Hans was very nice, courteous and took the time to show us everything in peace. The house was clean, cozy and exactly as described. We were particularly pleased with the three lovely cats - they made the stay even more beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We would definitely recommend this apartment! We stayed as 2 couples, and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and the space was laid out in a tidy and effective manner, while still feeling inviting. Our host, Pia, did a wonderful job—prompt communication, helpful suggestions for the area, always polite and cheerful. She was a pleasure to book with and made our stay a joy. The neighborhood is charming, with a quiet, local feel with the apartment conveniently located to groceries, pubs, and restaurants. The tram is extremely convenient as well, for exploring the busier parts of the city. Would highly recommend this host and this location to anyone wanting to experience Munich.

The accommodation is very suitable for a large group. Beautifully located directly on the lake and well equipped. Plenty of seating inside and out. Communication with the host was very good.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Benedikt was a great host. He followed us from the beginning and was always ready and available. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with all comforts.

We stayed in this apartment with a two-year-old. The spaces were spacious, the area quiet and not far from Monaco. The furniture was a little dated but had everything you need. The hosts are a nice, quiet and helpful couple. There is also a nice dog. We recommend it as a base for visiting the surroundings of Munich and Bavaria.
