Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.

Small studio

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost (Untere Au), which I use during the week for project work in Munich myself and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as REWE, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacy are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

A TOP room with a direct connection to the Munich TRADE FAIR, which is furnished with antique furniture. Shops, restaurants and cafes are very convenient and within walking distance and many beautiful green areas invite you to take a walk. Ideal for trade fair visitors - only 5 stops directly to "Messestadt Ost" with the U2 line, Josephsburg U-Bahn [subway] station. Towels and linens are included. Cosy room in 2-room-flat. You will have a quiet space with a comfy double bed & shared bathroom and kitchen. Please respect my neighbours & me and don't slam the doors. It is a quiet house. The public transport connection is very convenient: 2 min to S-Bahn (St-Martin-Str.), 100m to the tram, 10 min to a subway (Untersbergstr.) 26 min with public transport to Octoberfest (S bahn to Ostbahnhof and then U5 to Theresienwiese)

Beautiful 1.5-room apartment right on the Isar

Perfect accommodation for those looking for a clean and quiet apartment, which is less than 2 minutes from the Isar. Especially in summer, an ideal starting point for a city tour and a morning jog along the Isar. Bus and metro stops at Columbus Square are just around the corner and in a few minutes you are on the A 8 towards the mountains. Enjoy the summer in this beautiful, peaceful and centrally-located place.

I rent a 40 m² studio in the beautiful district of Au overlooking the Auer Mühlbach. The apartment has a 1.40 m wide double bed, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette and a roof terrace. "Emergency mattress" for third person or child on request. The apartment is very colorful and imaginatively furnished. On the roof terrace facing east, there is sun until about 1 pm, depending on the season.
