Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

My home for friendly people

This is my main living space. I travel a lot so it only makes sense to use it as a rental unit as well. It s not a place for people that look for hotel like accomodations, but more for young free spirited travelers. You will have access to the full space, with all that it comes and still have a dedicated space for your personal stuff. My request is to treat the place with respect, care and I hope my place will give you a feeling of coazynes and home like.

Perfect stay. Not only I felt comfortable in the room, but also felt at home in the apartment, which was shared with Volker. I could use the kitchen (vegetarian), everything was super clean, the location is 5 mins from the main station and close to the center as well, and Volker is a very kind host. He gave me all kinds of info and I felt comfortable with him at all times. i can just recommend! Thank you, Volker!

In principle, the Deal with Tobias is very friendly, instructions and photos for arrival are accurate and easy, Tobias is flexible, the apartment is impeccable and the connection with the Ubahn is perfect. I would gladly book with him again.

Markus was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. Parking was free but hard to find on the street if arriving at night. If you’re sensitive to smoke smell, it was present but not strong. Everything was laid out nicely and decorated really nicely.
