Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Oakwood

Absolutely loved this place. Spacious, clean, quiet, and the hosts are very accommodating. They have the home stocked with everything you need. The pool area is perfect with complete privacy, equipped with a propane grill, extra towels and pool floats if needed. I will always book this place if we are headed to spend a few days out on lake Lanier. Love love love it.

This place was absolutely, clean, homey, had an abundant amount of space, bedrooms and beds for are large family!! There was a bathroom setup with handicapped accessibility with was absolutely perfect for our 71 year old mother!! The backyard has plenty of activities and space to be out all day and comfortable. We meet somewhere every year for a family vacation and this home was hands down the best so far. Thank you Kevin and Julie for welcoming us in your home!!

Rustic house with great upgrades. If you stay here don’t expect a newly constructed house but one with a lot of charm and a history you can feel. This house built in 1900 is in a great location with modern appliances. The house was fine for us and our young family to stay for a wedding weekend. John was very responsive and flexible. The beds were comfortable, the internet strong and the air conditioning adequate to provide comfortable temperatures. With nice sitting areas inside and out, we had places to sit and visit. Thank you John for providing us a place to make memories with our family. We particularly enjoyed the short walk each morning to breakfast at Caroline’s.

We enjoyed our stay! Traveled solo with three kiddos. The house was perfect for us to spread out and give everyone their own space and also to come together and hang out. Spotless clean and we had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra toiletries and plenty of towels and linens. Mary is an excellent host, providing friendly and accurate information. I felt like she was available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for having us!

The place is exactly like its pictures. The host was friendly and answered any questions i had in under 20 minutes. They even had towels, toothpaste, ice , and noodles out. It was easy to find and get in, he left instructions very clear so there were really no need for questions. I have nothing bad to say.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. We really appreciated the ample space inside the home and felt like we had enough sleeping arrangement options to accommodate the several adults & children in our group. We also really loved the ability to walk to downtown Gainesville and did so several times during our stay. There are several coffee shops within walking distance as well as an antique mall and a veteran's park which we enjoyed. I noticed that others made note of the steep driveway and wanted to mention that we did not find the driveway particularly steep. We had no issues getting in or out with our vehicles. Oh, and it was very useful to have two bathrooms for our large party - the water was nice and hot and the water pressure was great. Thanks again for having us.

Space was absolutely beautiful! Loved the beautiful, peaceful surroundings and how cute/clean it was. There was even an axe-throwing board for fun! Master bedroom had a beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub, and the room had a great closet. Even had access to a spacious 2-car garage! Wonderful, responsive host who was extremely flexible. Will love to stay here again when we visit family!

Our family had a great time! We love the proximity to the square. The hosts were attentive and responsive with all inquires being answered in a matter of minutes.

Ross and Evelyn are delightful hosts and The Cane Patch is an exceptional property. My husband and I needed a home base for a couple days of hiking in the Dahlonega area. We liked the idea of staying so close to the square, knowing that we could easily walk to food, entertainment, and ice cream! We highly recommend The Cane Patch as an immaculate, nicely decorated (great artwork), and well-stocked accommodation. Our absolute favorite spot was the back patio and garden. Very private, very lovely, and filled with bird songs. We ate dinner, breakfast, and had late afternoon coffee on the patio. Ross and Evelyn are friendly, helpful, and very gracious. On our last evening there was a weather related event while we were away that resulted in a downed power line in front of their property. They made sure we were taken care of by promptly contacting us with detour directions, had flashlights waiting, and issued a partial refund which we greatly appreciate.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Loved staying here! It was clean, quiet, and peaceful but still close enough to town and hiking trails to be convenient. Would visit again for sure!

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

The house was better than what my partner and I saw in the photo. It's super beautiful and impressive. I loved the jacuzzi area. You could feel nature and La Paz in that place

I loved bringing my sister here for a little getaway. The place was so spacious. Loved the farm feeling and walking in the area. Such a beautiful area to stay

The stairs are a little tricky with luggage.

Good location, clean, cute, everything we needed

We had a great stay at Diego's place. The location was super convenient! The full kitchen is a blessing, though next time I will need to bring a few supplies from home like a pan (there were a couple small pots and a small glass baking dish), baking sheet, and some pot holders to make cooking there a bit more functional. Diego is amazing to communicate with and we would definitely stay again next year!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!
