This was our third trip to Santiago. We specifically chose this neighborhood for the restaurants and shops. Poliane's apartment was great. The rooms are definitely small, but everything was in good condition, and the views are great.

Very nice Airbnb in a secure building close to the restaurants of Barrio Italia. Very nice view of Santiago with a small terrace. Easy self check-in. Please note that the check-out time is 12 p.m. in the listing, while the host plans to check out at 10 a.m. This resulted in a misunderstanding and the cleaning lady arrived at 10 a.m. when we were not ready. Apart from this point, I highly recommend it!

The apartment is great, well equipped for cooking, very comfortable bed and good shower! Improvement points: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, as the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was a cold climate, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.
