Alvis is an excellent host. The apartment was exactly as described: everything was in order, the kitchen was very well equipped and the courtesy tea was very well received after the trip. Compared to other options, it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to install an aromatic diffuser, since when opening the door, the first smell perceived was tobacco, which can affect the first impression.

I had a great stay at Josue's apartment. It's exactly like the photos, very clean and modern. The space is on the smaller side, but the larger windows and absolutely gorgeous view make the space feel larger. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and the apartment has 24 hour security so I always felt safe. The area is quiet and peaceful, walking distance to some parks which were great as I was there with my dog. Cafes right on your doorstep, and the metro and shops all within walking distance. It's a bit outside the hustle and bustle tourist area, but I preferred that. Josue was responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again if visiting Santiago.

We had a wonderful stay at Julio’s place! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very cozy, and clean. We appreciated the washing machine and the elevator, which made everything super comfortable. The location is great – just a short walk to the next metro station, and there’s a well-stocked minimarket right next door. The building is constantly monitored and the staff is very friendly, which made us feel safe and welcome at all times. Communication with Julio was fantastic – he is extremely kind, responsive, and proactive. We felt completely at home and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The room is very comfortable, quaint, tidy, clean, nice to sleep there. The house has a lot of life, ornaments, paintings, plants, many details is very nice. And there are two very playful dogs. Everything is excellent, and extra point that the car is very safe.

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was the lack of a washing machine for long-term stays, everything else was great

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

It was a great stay we took the opportunity to make a roast on the terrace and we had a great time, had everything and Guido communicated all the time

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The doormen of the building, all very kind. My family and I had an amazing time in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
