I was really happy with this place. Nice clean apartment. In a great location. Far enough out but close enough to the city. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A Woolies at the end of the street. 2 minute walk to the train station. Affordable! Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim’s. The unit was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed for our stay. Within easy walking distance to train, shops and cafes. Kim was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Absolutely would recommend this stay and would be happy to stay again for another trip. *****

Absolutely beautiful apartment. It is finished to a very high standard with top quality facilities and appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. It is even better than the photos and description on the listing, surpassing our expectations. Good value for money and in a peaceful location around 10 mins walk from the train station and a couple of minutes to the bus stop. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us, as we had things to be done both north and south of Brisbane. Local shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you could need in the well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, with a choice of pillows. The bathroom was excellent and very well laid out. While we did not use the outdoor area, it was a good size and had plenty of seating options. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you don’t want to be in the inner city. Our host, Clarence, was very positive and proactive with his communications and made it very easy to check in and out.
